I saw a video where the owner said that after many lawsuits from neighbors trying to shut them down, he now has authority to have in each new home sales package a form they must sign saying they will not sue the park for noise or I guess, anything else they don't like.

haha i was just going through the comments to see if someone made a comment on the pixels ;) it shows he has an older audience who don't care that much about the video quality. I watch everything on 720p it's good enough for me, but this video only goes up to 360p haha

Jeff, PLEASE invest in a GOOD iPhone or a Gopro!! You recorded these clips in 360P which is INCREDIBLY low resolution for these modern cameras.
Or just learn the one he has!!

Top fuel used to run for the snowbird nationals before the track started getting bad. I always went as a kid. So cool to have nitro back at the home track.

1. Who is your new sponsor? How do you get new sponsors?
2. These test runs are they also for your crew in their new roles, ie clutch assignment? Are they getting comfortable in their new role?
3. Have you figured out the issues you had last season running in cooler temperatures?
4. The paint scheme on your helmet. Did you design it? Does it have any personal meaning to you?

What are you recording these videos on, A flip phone?
They use to run The Snowbird Nationals the weekend after Thanksgiving there and would field most of a card of top fuel dragster and funny cars. A whole field of methanol dragster & funny cars .

Damn once they give that sucker gas the audio goes dead for a while then comes back in. Those Top Fuel and Funny Cars are so bad ass just being at the bleachers watching them rattles the body when they go by it's so awesome.
Been going to this track since it opened was operated by Art Malone Big Daddy's partner. It's been about 30 yrs. since there has been this many fuel cars here at one time, I think the last time was a IHRA sanctioned event. The snowbirds used to be a good after the season event, but it was hard to get teams to come this far so it's nice to see SCAG put up some big cash to get them here. Be there Friday.
That's pretty interesting NHRA actually tests the fuel to make sure teams are within the parameters
Funny how top fuel comes to this track after the housing development goes in. Love it. Make some noise boys.

I have seen some old drag racing videos where Big Daddy Don Garlits was mixing a batch and testing it same as Don The Snake Prudhomme was mixing it too. That was back when they were their own Mechanic and Crew Chief before the big money took over the NHRA

Yes Jeff they ran top fuel cars there funny cars there pro stock tires back in the 80s during the Snowbird nationals I seen everybody from big daddy Eddie Hill even Darrell Gwen Pro stocks like to professor all of them were their back in the day I have seen 300 mile an hour in the quarter quarter they’re not 1000 feet

I don't understand why this was done in Bradenton. It's not a track on the circuit. I'm sure the drivers and crew chiefs are much more familiar with Gainsville.
Where are the ford blue valve covers? They would have tied in with the car very nicely.
They used to test here all the time before they started testing in Phoenix.
