- Our daughter was diagnosed with Semi Lobar Holoprosencephaly at 20 weeks gestation.She has since been given a new diagnosis for middle interhemispheric variant holoprosencephaly. She is the sweetest, happiest, and smartest little girl. We are so smitten by her, and are blessed to be able to share her with you! She is 27 months old at the time of this video!
