ordered from vograce and was so dissapointed. It's still been over a month and I haven't received my products. The customer service is poor and very vague descriptions
They do ship from over seas ( China ) so do keep that in mind, not sure if it is your first time ordering from overseas suppliers, but this is very common waiting time ( I always wait 3-6 weeks if I order anything from China, no matter the store I am purchasing from). If you are in a rush, I would suggest working within your country suppliers, they are more expensive but shipping won't be a problem. Hence why many artists prepare such items few months in advance before a artist alley and etc. As for customer service, can't say much myself since I never had issues, but definitely report about the customer service if it's been an ingoing issue :^0
