Sir mera personal experience hain( Though i have no problem with Hindi language or Hindi bolne wale logo se) sab ka alag ho sakta hain experience,, jo Hindi vasi states hain or north ke bacche Clerk exam ke liya sabse zayda bahar ke state se apply karta hain.. or sir ismain dikkat hain ki jab non hindi state ke local log hindi nehi bol pate hain ho misbehave bohot hota hain bank stuffs se or complain bohot hota hain maine personally experience kiya hain .... Is liye sayed state wise vaccancy aya hain.... Or unka ek sooch hain ki all over India main sab ko Hindi ana chahiye or wo log local language sikhte bhi nehi han problem isse start hota hain

Baki 99 reasons mil hi jata hai bank join na karne ka
Transfer, rural posting, targets, cross selling, no respect by customers or upper levels, fear of privatisation later or sooner, no power outside of your branch, away from family, no fixed timing, no work life balance, no proper leaves, work on holidays (sometimes) and the list will go ona and it will take 1 hour to list the detailed cons😢

If you don't know the language then there is no point of appling from karnataka. They will select only local candidates.
