I think SVI definitely took inspiration from the 2013 Gemmy Sassy Witch for this witch. That's why I've been calling this witch the modern Sassy Witch.

@Komet163B walmart. She was rereleased in the UK in 2023 with a different outfit, name, and the voice lines were rerecorded.
