This was a perfect fix for the "Jones" that I had going. Virtually every airport video I've seen either lacks the ambient sounds, or someone is providing commentary with over the top emotions, or the camera work is wildly panning left and right, or something. This was PEFECT! Smooth transitions from one scene to another, no music to squash the ambient sounds, great image quality, mostly GA traffic (accessible airplanes that one could really aspire to), it even had the bonus I didn't think I could hope for, which was ATC communications to help follow the activity. The fact that those ATC communications were broadcast through loudspeakers at the airfield only added that much more to the ambience. Sound quality from that speaker was QUITE clear! Great work with this and thanks very much! If I could find a channel that hit on all cylinders like this, but as a live airport cam, I might never leave it! Thanks again and all the best in your ventures!
Man worked there for years!! Funny to see my car and hear me on the radio. The JetStar sadly is going to die at that airport as it was bought for the engines and will sit and rot forever, interior is still mint from its last flight, basically like they cleaned up after the last flight, got it ready for the next and shut the doors. That Falcon 900 is owned by mega church preacher Jessie Duplantis, options to your self I guess but he tipped well. Weeks after this was recorded if I'm correct n4972G the blue 172 would hit a deer while landing in northern MN, the AC is back and flying but oh boy did I hear it was costly and it took close to a year to rebuild. Nicest controllers and people in the world here, there can be 3 in the pattern and tower will still remember your name and how how your day is.
This is the airport I did my pilot training at back in the 80s. Then the runways were 08,17,35 and 26. The flight school was Skyline. Not there anymore. Back then the tower was only open on weekends. I still have every invoice. By the way it was so long ago it was ANE no K.
Did you know there were plans to expand KANE? Almost everyone was against the plans so they backed out of it... but who knows... plans could actually take off! @Justice Aviation what are your thoughts on this?
I had no idea there were plans to expand KANE. I suppose it’s a question of whether or not it’s worth it based on the cost. It looks as if it could expand to the East slightly, but that would involve tearing up Radisson Road.
Anybody know the story of that Jetstar sitting there? Looks like it's days are numbered. Also any planespotting at Flying Cloud airport? I think there is more action there.

Thanks for all that info! ANE is a very underrated airport for sure.
That viewing area sounds awesome, especially the ATC broadcast.
Right?
Great seeing some GA action, thanks.
Welcome!
9:56 wooow! That sound is really awesome
21:05 just listen to that

What's up with the blood splat paint-job on that Arrow near the end?
Nice change of pace!!!
Thanks!
My home airport!
Wow, Cessna Crusader, Lark Commander and a Meyers all the same airport! Could use some diversity round these parts.
OMG! I LIVE SOOOOOO CLOSE TO THAT AIRPORT IN BLANE! OMG!
Definitely check it out. 100% worth it.
Adorable little 13 Lined Ground Squirrel.
I love watching GA airplanes land because it’s usually flight students or hobbyists landing so there’s a lot of variety.
Nice videos
Awesome GA footage mate 👍
Thanks!
I like this little plane
Nice crusader and Meyers.
Your picture is beautiful ❤️😍
If you come to KFCM at about 7 PM there are a lot of planes.
Noted!

@@twincitiesaviator Yes. Possibly the Midway of MN!
That would be interesting!
You called that a sq. Tail 152, reg says commander. N4099X
Commander is correct
Who has not flown 25U? I think everyone has.

No idea about the jetstar. There is. I’ll check it out at some point I’m sure.
What kind of camera you have?
Check the description 😉
