Nice guitar tone and arrangement. Played well. As an instructor you should use (as you know) a guitar with fret markers.

Good question...it's basically a lifetime of study and ear training...for technique and muscle memory it's just practice, practice, practice and consistency over time. Of course I start out very slow and incorporate section by section until I'm comfortable.
