How do you fortify all your weapons

I just save the game where i have Perfected Gear 99+ to a Usb then pick up a Weapon i wanna level up i fortify the Perfected gear to that weapon and it goes 99+ automatically and if i want my perfected gear 99+ i use my usb and rewrite the save i had before i dont have all my weapon s 99+ that would take ages
