Thank you! This video perfectly solves my printer's problem (panel not working, with three lights on -- green, yellow and wifi blue). 1. Remove the left side cover. 2. Take out the panel cable from the port. 3. Use a blade to scrap the contacts. 4. Restore the cable and reassemble the cover. Then everything works. Thanks again!
my advice is not to use blade to scratch the display strap cable, instead use rubber eraser to rub strap cables pins, it will clean the pins without any harm to data strap.
Hi sir my printer L5190 is error 100016. cables cleaned and plugin But getting the same problem please give exact solution if possible. The scanner is lightly moved front and back and then the display on LED screen error message . And print out by PC it's only print Black color. Color print not printing thank you
