Today I did this and my husband said "tell Abuelita she is the best and your cooking is great!" I follow most all of her recipes. I always bug him to get me a gas stove but watching how well Abuelita cooks on the electric stove I'm good now. Thanks.
My mom always left out an ingredient when she would teach me to make the dishes. I don't know if its because she never measured and just put things in but now i know what is missing from my Piccadilly! It's the chile California!!! And Serrano. Glad your abuela is better. I didn't know she was sick.
