For Sunan Ibu Sunrise, you can opt for personal ticket with ontang anting (a ride to the parking lot of Sunan Ibu) or you can pay a pass for one car. We decided to pay the pass for one car so we don't have to buy tickets one by one. The track to Sunan Ibu parking lot is quite tricky tho, since it was dark and there were barely any signs. Thankfully we met ontang anting driver who direct us to the right path.
The climb was about 15-20 minutes and due to lack of sleep I was struggling for a bit (I exercise regularly, 150 mins/week). But in general if you take your time climbing, you should be fine. Just make sure to wear proper shoes. The stairs are mostly soil so it can get slippery when it rains.
Also, I highly recommend to go on weekend. In case you get hurt or lost, there will be plenty of foot traffic that can help.
For Jembatan Rengganis, it is said to be the longest suspension bridge in Southeast Asia and it was quite sturdy. It did get wobbly towards the middle but it was expected since the middle is the weakest part of the bridge. I actually got back to the parking lot using a motorcycle. You need to pay again for the motorcycle ride or you can backtrack your way across the suspension bridge again to return to the parking lot.
