Oh my goodness these are beautiful. My son's girlfriend makes jewelry as a second paying job. She also works 40 hours a week at her other job then comes home takes care of 13, 11 and 10 year old driving them to scouts, band and sports events until bedtime then she works on her jewelry. I slacked off on buying jewelry after I think 50 or so necklaces with matching earrings and bracelets. Looks like I'm going to have to buy all matching beaded jewelry to match all my outfits. I'll just tell my husband I'm helping her out with her business or maybe I'll just be honest and say I'm worth it (and I need it) Again I love all your crafts. Who knows maybe I'll get brave and try this myself this week end.

You have to experiment is all I can say. What I do know is that the clearer the stick the clearer your beads will be when they are dry. Also, if you add the ink on top with the glitter you'll get a similar effect.

The technique kinda reminds me of lampwork bead making. Wow! This is a cheaper and safer alternative to lampwork beads. 😊
I thought they looked like lampwork beads, too, but those folks are awesomely talented with glass!
