@@joshuamcdowell9745 they definitely were not ready to let Raven go as their channel star. This is my time came out inbetween season 2 and season 3 of her show and she was DOMINATING for the channel. If they would have pushed her in 2004 like they pushed Hilary just one year before or Miley in 2007/08, Raven might have left the channel too soon for them.

@@notyouraveragebear9326 Double Dutch Bus should have never been on her self-titled album. That song should have been for College Road Trip only. Her fourth album was a good album and had so much potential. She even was supposed to headline a huge arena tour to promote it but the tour was canceled and instead she did spot dates performing at Six Flags venues. "In Your Skin" should have been the first single followed by "Girl Get It" and "Love Me or Leave Me." I didn't like how Hollywood Records did Raven during that era.
If y’all watch Raven’s Home when Raven did the Pie song, you can still hear those vocals honey! Man Raven is so slept on vocally! She is unmatched when it comes to being Disney royalty

I could go on & on how hot & risk-taking fashion was during this time period. Everything down to Raven’s cute hair extensions to the eye-catching all denim ensembles still make me WOW in amazement 17 years later.
Her fashion was amazing and I definitely loved season 2 with the light brown highlights in her hair 😍

Raven did capitalize off of her Disney fame (Music wise). It's just that Hollywood Records didn't capitalize off of her. Raven had superstar potential in the Music world. She was and is a super star in acting but with Hollywood underpromoting her it just caused her singing career to go unnoticed.

This was one of my best that's so Raven episodes. Raven Symone/Raven Baxter was definitely the best seen on TV. "Shine" will always be one of my favorite songs by Raven Symone and the Beyonce of Disney Channel.
