Clumsy movements are much better, it's impossible to be so accurate in a real fight where both are intense, the only thing is to get out of your range, Floyd Mayweather had a very low pendulum, sometimes up to the knee, because there are fighters who aim for the head , and even without aiming it is much faster to do it clumsily.
I hope you understand how much the average person appreciates these videos. I used to train a lot in my early to mid 20s but marriage, kids, a extra 50 lbs and almost 40. Now im just getting back to it just to feel better and be better but I feel like I’ve lost it all. These videos are giving me a lot to work on.
