I might actually theorize of kuuga and agito connection theory. the lore stated that kuuga from the linto tribe was helped by the lords, the enemy of agito. to fight of the gurongi tribe, including its leader. I think the reason why the lords or the unknowns wanted to help the linto tribe to fight off the gurongi, its either they wanted a new champion for them to fight a certain warrior with a similar abilities. So maybe the overlord of darkness gave them the arcle to fight the gurongi that houses the dark power inside of the arcle. meaning the overlord of darkness must have given the linto his small fraction of his power to arcle. the reason for this is because they wanted kuuga as their grim reaper for the bearers of agito, after his brother the overlord of light died by his hands and gave his powers to the mortals in his final breath. meaning kuuga suppose to be a fail-safe against the bearers of agito if the lords fail to defeat or kill most of the agito bearers. to prove that, remember in the end of episode 2 in agito. when shouchi attacked and almost killed G3? thats because his instinct told him to attack him, because he looks exactly kuuga, their enemy.
I really agree with you on that kuuga nerf, he would be unstoppable if he showed it but it's not that vague since the gorongi has a smith to make trinkets that transform to weapons so maybe the ability is limited and them being warriors never explored that aspect of their power plus it would have been difficult to animate during that time I thought the beetle was attached to a horse as armour and not turned into one Your kuuga agito theory is great the only reason continuity is somewhat screwed is because if I remember correctly the writers of kuuga asked the agito writers to not mix the worlds G3x was meant to be the police trying to recreate kuuga as their design are very similar

hey big fan of kamen rider kuuga I always wanted to know why they never showed kuugas first fight with the grongi leader in the show but only the aftermath of that fight with the crystal on his belt crack that has been bugging me for a while. thanks
The fight would just end in Daguva’s win since he was the stronger one in that time, and the creators can’t show their hero losing to the big bad, so their probably just glossed over it.
