ERG Role Model - Daniela Davini

Empowering the next generation with knowledge and inspiration: at ERG, we are committed to promoting sustainability and renewable energy themes among youngsters. Future generations will have the task of carrying on the transformation we have been initiating in recent years to fight climate change, implementing a Just Transition pathway that leaves no one behind.
Next Gen is a key part of our ESG Plan: in 2022, we reached over 16,000 students through various initiatives, including mentorship courses with senior managers and directors, role modeling programs for middle school students, and ambassadorship initiatives. Our goal is to involve by 2027 25.000 students in educational activities.
Our role model mentors, women graduates in STEM disciplines, shared their experiences and supported students in choosing scientific paths.
