East Indian Fish Curry
INGREDIENTS
Pomfret - 1 medium
1 tomato, finely diced
juice of ½ coconut, separate the thin and thick juice approx. 300 ml
6 - 7 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1-inch ginger, ginger finely chopped
6 - 7 green chillies, slit
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tbsp cumin powder
1/2 tbsp pepper powder
1 - 2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp turmeric
Coriander leaves for garnish
salt to taste
