It shocked me to hear you say that you’re quite sensitive, and I needed to hear that since I am sensitive, yet it was always brought to my attention my my mother in a way that made me feel inadequate. When I do these exercises, my body moves on it’s own accord and it’s really wild to feel that push and pull. I’m giving myself permission to be myself finally and it’s very difficult but I will take my attention off all the times people have been unloving. I need to know that my life and my energy is more than how I feel in my intimate relationships. The key to finding the K27's is to follow the collarbone to the points, then drop into the natural hollow below, usually just about an inch or so. As far as your breasts, have you tried to massage under them while laying down? Sometimes that can be helpful. ☘️🙏🤗
