Yes you can use it…you just have to enable international transactions. But forex charges and other charges would be high

Hi, If the applicant is your son, it will be in your son’s name. Most of the mobile numbers can be used here to get the OTP including Airtel, Vodafone and Jio. Just need to recharge the normal monthly pack.
