It depends if you are training for hypertrophy or strength, if you are training for strength and increase your gym number's you should hit that muscle 3 times a week , personally i train my biceps and forearms 3 times a week with some triceps exercise on Friday , it will take 3 to 4 months to reach at 25 kg and it also depends on your diet and sleep .
