Pr David Shin is a young and dynamic speaker. His sermons are always captivating and blessed. I am sure it is an honor for him to serve as an administrator. With this said, there is one thing that is always startling. My question is, Why does the conference take these dynamic men such as Pr Shin and employ them in administration? Surely, God can use such men more profitably in His vineyard.

I'm wondering the same thing. We have such a need for the timeless, rooted and grounded ministers (& family) who can preach the word in season and out of season. I'm hoping the move is justified, inspired and without political guile. Our church was built by the passionate energy of the youth. Now is NOT the time to relegate the energised to the spreadsheet battalion...
Edit: I just watched a clip he did at 3ABN about education and why he accepted the call. I didn't know he would be running a college. That's very different to general admin work. He'll be in the soul-winning trenches. We lose half of our youth in the church. It's most frightening statistics & Ps Shin may be perfect for the job. I'll miss hearing him preach but if the Lord led him there, then so be it and may the Spirit bless their new venture. (I'm also hoping for more sermons in the future!)

What a fantastic quote! In other words, I need to get on my knees more often and pay more attention God. I finally read the whole Bible. Twice. And discovered that the Holy Spirit helps us understand the Bible. But only the parts we are ready to understand. The second time reading through I discovered that somehow God added to the Bible. Then my pastor explained that the words were there. He said I wasn't ready yet. Not sure if understand is the right word. Hope you understand what I mean.
The word and the Holy Spirit work together.

Did you Kmow that every time Jesus Christ was filled with the Holy Ghost, he was filled with the Word?
Fill with the Holy Ghost means that you are filled with the Word of God. When you Pray, You are filled with Hoñy Ghost When you Give God Thanks You are fill with the Holy Ghost, When you Speak the Word of God you are filled with the Holy Ghost, When you Prophyecy the Word of God, you are filled with the Holy Ghost. We should desire and love the word of God with all our hearts and our Mind, Meditate, upon them, delight in them, when we lying down, when we sittimg up, when we walking on the way, when we are Speaking,
, The Word of God should be Engraved in our minds. We should live by every word that proceeed out of the Mouth of God. We should take Heed according to the Word of God, so that our ways can be. Cleansed.
All of the Above are Signs that we are filled with the Holy Ghost.
Amen. No man can serve two masters. To be made free from “SIN”, we must be born again…repent, believe, be baptized, and receive the Holy Spirit.
God the Son paid the “PENALTY” for sin and clothed us in His righteousness; therefore, we are no longer slaves, but are now kings/priests… JUSTIFICATION.
God the Holy Spirit is the “POWER” we need to overcome sin. Leading and molding us through wisdom and understanding, counsel and might, knowledge and fear and other Godly things too numerous to mention at this moment…SANCTIFICATION.
Finally, the “PRESENCE OF SIN” will be done away with. “Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.”…GLORIFICATION.
No more Satan. No more sin. No more death.
Jesus REITERATES dozens of times throughout four gospels to BE ONLY WITH THE FATHER. This is sometimes IMPLICITLY stated by Him "I am in the Father and the Father in me" " I and the Father are ONE" "You neither know me nor the Father" " My Father works now, so I work."...sometimes even EXPLICITLY "Yet, I am not ALONE, but I and the Father who sent me are one." " ...no man knows, no, not the ANGELS in heaven or the SON, but the FATHER ONLY KNOWS.". (even ANGELS and MEN are included in that list of potential candidates, but no third divine person is considered). That is Jesus' word, that is truth: GOD IS MADE BY SON AND FATHER. PERIOD. You can only pray to Them.
But Jesus also states that the "Holy Spirit is a divine person". How is this possible? Simply THE HOLY SPIRIT IS THE FATHER who is with Him, it's just AN EQUIVALENT NAME for "the Father". In other words Jesus has the "FATHER who is a SPIRIT" (Jn. 4:23,24) and calls Him either "Holy Father" or "Holy Spirit" according to circumstances. The name "Holy Spirit" is the "spirit-name" of that SPIRIT - who is the Father. It's used by Jesus TO IDENTIFY that SPIRIT among other spirits.
You can find confirmation that the Holy Spirit IS ACTUALLY THE FATHER in the speech made by Jesus regarding blasphemy: since Jesus mentions ONLY TWO blasphemies, this means the SECOND blasphemy must necessarily be DIRECTED TO THE FATHER! There you can find confirmation that in the second blasphemy directed to the Father He was called "Holy Spirit" by Jesus. Just an equivalent name.
The Father is "greater than Jesus", this is why that blasphemy is considered more severe by Jesus.
When you see other events, this means that - when Jesus was baptized - the Holy Spirit - the Father in the form of a spirit - was the Person speaking there. Mary: of course the Father of Jesus can only be.....the Father. Thus the Holy Spirit with Mary was the Father who is a spirit...
That "Spirit who is the Father" - i.e. that "Spirit who is God" - is also called "Spirit of God" (see Mt. 3:16).
Thus, it has been proven that the HOLY SPIRIT IS THE FATHER (who is a spirit).
But this means that the Comforter cannot be the Holy Spirit because surely the COMFORTER IS NOT THE FATHER. Indeed no sign whatever of the Comforter in Jesus' life.
This simply means that most probably a scoundrel - "short of Gods" - added the words "ho hagios pneuma" (the Holy Spirit) between "paracletos" and "ho hos ho pater" in Jn. 14:26, to "upgrade" to divine person the Comforter.
