EP8: Move Pallet to RReservation Position
EP9: Move Fork to Reservation Position
EP10: Move Pallet form Fork to Reservation Position
and Move Fork Back to RSU
EP11: Create a table(FiFo) to record Pallet of FG for convenience in taking
the Pallet out of storage.
EP12 : automatic Load Pallet to store by sequence cyclic
