2:08 Marill first appeared in the Pikachu’s vacation short film which was featured before Pokémon the first movie, in addition to Marill saying it’s own name in the short, was also introduced by name alongside Snubbull. In the first movie itself, a Donphan was featured in the opening credits but did not have its name given to viewers.
My first Pokémon game was Yellow. So I had Pikachu to start. Later on I caught a Mankey. Then a caterpie. Which evolved into a Butterfree. Later on I caught a Paras right before leaving Mt. Moon. And when you reach the second city with Misty. I got a charmander off that guy just north of the city. Then Bulbasaur in the house next to Misty’s gym. And that was my very first team I ever had. Pikachu. Primeape. Butterfree. Parasect. Venusaur. And Charizard. But of course they get replaced with legendary birds and Mewtwo. But I will always have memories of Primeape carrying my team. I gave up Pokémon years ago. But when I seen Primeape had a new evolution. It made me feel real happy that Mankey was given some appreciation.
My gen 1 team would be Snorlax , Eevee, Mewtwo , Gengar , Venosaur and Gyarados. The game is let's go Eevee cuz I don't want it to evolve and I also want to make it learn Baddy Bad😈. My pokemon team from all gens would be Swampert, Flutter Mane(I mean just look at my name), Gliscor(specifically poison-heal), Giratina, Metagross and Ursaluna Bloodmoon. I also don't agree with the pokemon designs getting worse and Gamefreak running out of ideas since if you check you will see that every generation has some weaker designs. The artstyle is different and the newer pokemon look different as well because of it. Older pokemon fans (also known as gen wunners) most probably hate the new artstyle but don't realize the artsyle is what they hate so they blame the pokemon designs instead. I remember when I used to think gen 5 is overrated and most pokemon look bad only to realize I was wrong (they really got the best bug type cast from all gens). Also DON'T YOU DARE INSULT CHANDELURE HE IS BETTER THAN 90% OF THE KANTO MONS (for me)
