We finally got our hands on Turbo Mode in Smash Ultimate!
It is super crazy and a bit chaotic but we still had a great time and made a fun little challenge out of it!

little mac is probably a good character now lmao and you guys should play with this mod for that challenge where you are both snake under that huge platform and try to attck each other but do it with completely random characters that can now infinitely recover as well

@@darioschottlender nair foot stool nair loops to confirm into up b kills can be done on regular smash. Imagine how terrifying on turbo. Mac specials in air also become terrifying if they are infinitely actionable.

When you lose multiple stocks to the bottom blastzone, it's not the mod being glitched, it's smash Ultimate's bad spike blastzone. Stock is taken before the fighter disappears so in turbo they can jump out of it or use a special to not disappear

I think they're just canceling their deaths with moves. Maybe if they didn't spam at the blast zones?
Turbo Mode Sonic is just game-accurate Sonic. He can Homing Attack infinitely as long as he hits something.
Yeah, Sonic has to be one of the most artificially limited Smash characters on the roster. No boost, no highly damaging final smash, no infinite homing attack, no lightning fast gameplay, no wisps, etc.

@@LucDaMan4 What sucks even more is there was literally an ability in Smash 4 that gave your running animation a hurtbox. Lets you combo into moves if you run into another fighter. Would easily fit Sonic's character in-game, make him the only fighter with a hurtbox on dash, and make him more aggressive/less campy. Also, his side-B shoulda been the original Wonderwing imo.

Yeah same but I think it should be more like Smash Flash’s version where you can only cancel into another move after hitting someone and you can’t use the same move twice in a row
Love to see a tournament on this.
If I could get the turbo mod I would end up just fiddling with every character’s attacks in training to see how crazy the fighter would look repeatedly performing each attack.
Yeah when I saw what Mario could do, I thought Bayo could do the same and wanted to see it

This is one of the few actually entertaining things about Smash I want to see more of this
PM pioneered Turbo Mode in Smash, and there you have to actually land an attack in order to cancel it, and you can't cancel a move into itself. So you can't just mindlessly spam up b and win, or teleport forever with Zelda, etc. It leads to some very cool gameplay as opposed to who can find the crazier cheese.

He's not wrong. Literally every Kirby final boss does this.
Yoshi is a more grounded character who doesn't have infinite recovery but makes up for it with oppressive eggs and great aerial attacks. Wall your opponent out when you find the chance, then deliver the pain with mostly neutral or back aerials to escort your opponent to the blaat zone.
Little Mac's aerials are bad because his aerial special attacks are wonderful.
And Villager is just trash, what were they thinking?
I figured out why you die twice at times. It isn't because of SD's, but because of the Turbo mode, you managed to recover out of the death plane AFTER the stock got removed. Then get knocked back down before your death fully played out and AFTER get teleported away. It actually gives a funny insight in how the deathplane in this game works, that it is not instantly but you first get the stock taken and THEN teleported away

Theres another turbo mode that lets you do stuff similar to this but its when you combo

@@XylessBrawl No it just is. All Turbo Mode mods are based on the PM Team's implementation where every character can cancel moves on hit into other moves but not the same move. It was not an insta spam mod. I'd also argue PM turbo was a lot more interesting as a mode due to it's limitations

Turbo Mode is absolutely nuts and hilarious to play
Turbo mode samus is actually canon now. You can spam missiles and morphball bombs in the metroid games and you could also do infinite screwattacks while also being completely actionable.

I think the glitch is you can cancel yourself dying into a move, but since you’re already in the blastzone you die again

With turbo little Mac is a GOD at recovery because he has horizontal and vertical recovery moves.

imagine a Kazuya pro / Kazuya TAS spamming EWGF costantly and getting you to 999% without you being able to move once and then he throws an up-smash (or anything at that point) and KOs you like that
The ladder combos are too crazy in turbo mode !

Did anybody else notice that drive only chose characters that can up B spam and get vyq stuck which means the only way for drive to win is spamming

Why isn't this mode implemented in smash . Sure it's broken but it's a welcome addition if you wanna just have fun

You should play the slow motion mod that Little Z put up on his channel very recently. Or every move has a chance to crit (also on Little Z's channel). I'd love to see more content creators do more of those kinds of things :D
