  • Leave a like if you agreed with the judge in this court hearing! 👍
    In this explosive court hearing, a sovereign citizen gets absolutely destroyed by a no-nonsense judge. The sovereign citizen is completely unhinged, refusing to listen and constantly talking over the judge. Despite the judge's patience and multiple chances, the defendant remains defiant and out of control. At one point, the judge finally goes off, completely fed up with the disrespect. This one's truly insane, showcasing a total lack of awareness and authority in the face of clear law.

    This guy knows exactly what he is doing. He's not stupid, he is following the sovcit handbook of being as obstructive as possible in the hopes the judge will dismiss his charges. But he picked the wrong judge for that. As for the judge being offensive, did you hear the disdain and smugness in that defendants voice? The judge is giving him what he deserves.

    • @norarivkis2513
      @norarivkis2513 12 дней назад +4

      The judge can't dismiss the charges. The prosecutor can. But that's why they use those obstructive tactics: because the prosecutors *must* dismiss if they can't get their witnesses to court to testify. The longer the trial is delayed, the more likely it is that one of their major witnesses will be unable to get there. So if they can delay long enough, odds are that the prosecutor won't be able to bring their case.

    • @marylynne9104
      @marylynne9104 12 дней назад +2

      @@norarivkis2513- pretty sure the judge can decide there is no case to answer, if he so decides. Obviously he’s not going do that in this case though. SovCits just can’t get out of their own way. 😂

    • @norarivkis2513
      @norarivkis2513 12 дней назад +1

      @marylynne9104 He can do that in civil cases, and there are certain places in a criminal case where he can. For example, he can decide at the probably cause hearing that there is insufficient cause to bring the case, and then it would be dismissed by order of the court. But if he has already agreed that there's probable cause, I'm not sure if he could dismiss it after that. I know I've heard judges *say* that they can't, at least, although they may mean that it's simply very bad form to do so without the prosecutor's agreement.
