- I've heard about the famous Antigua KFC, and I'm finding out once and for all, is this the best KFC in the World? I've had KFC in Jamaica, Trinidad, The USA, Caribbean, and around the world, but I've heard that KFC Antigua is even on another level. Does it compete or even surpass the great Jamaican or Trini KFC? Today I find out, we are going to see how good it really is.

I thought all the recipes are the same according to franchise requirement. But I do notice substantial taste difference in the US and Antigua KFC.

Antigua has the best KFC David. That crunch and taste is amazing. I have had antigua and jamaica KFC and antigua is better than Jamaica KFC. I grew up on those fries and Antiguans like the fries like that. There use to be a Kentucky Chicken near the old health clinic use to be and I use to leave my school at 5 years old, during lunch time to just get the fries. Ah the memories.
JAMAICA had 40 something KFC.KFC in Downtown Kingston tastes different from uptown
I was at a KFC a few years ago and they had a Zinger on the menu, they do not anymore. The difference is that it is double hand breaded. I am not sure when they claim made fresh every day that it is made in the restaurant, though we are led to believe that would be the case. Otherwise, they are made in a processing facility and frozen. The difference is what, the time one may bread and then fry and consider that the only way. The other will complain its too much trouble to make fresh and takes too long, the latter is why the US KFC is not as good, American can be very impatient.

Hey David. Happy Saturday. So Jamaica and Trinidad think their KFC the best now Antigua? When we were in Jamaica last November we spent the day at Margaritaville. We left our excursion 2 hrs early to go. The cab driver was willing to take us but with the driving there and back and he said 2-hr wait ; we would be chancing getting back to the ship on time so we didn’t go 😢🤦♀️. Looks like all 3 islands good in their own right 🤗

I'm absolutely amazed the US doesn't have Zinger. We had that in the late 90s in the UK. Zinger twisters were amazing. I moved to Australia and they didn't have them, but made one for me anyway after I asked.
