Love these videos. It's such a bargain when it works out but it really does show the waste generated and the consumption levels of the world. Returning a lawn mower box with a hole in it. Who even keeps the box anyway?!

A lot of the time especially with big deliveries couriers will warn you of the damage on arrival & give you the option to return instead of opening it, finding potential damage inside then having to arrange a return, it’s often easier to just let them take it back

Is a hit or miss with a return pallet. Thought is very nice experience to get items you won’t buy it , but you will use them.

It’s usually the delivery drivers that damage the boxes yodel for example are awful for damage and lost items 😮

Anyone can buy them but you have to agree to the same T&C's as businesses.
