- The Senate voted 51-49 to adjourn the impeachment trial of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. Democrats voted to rule both impeachment articles unconstitutional because they did not rise to the level of "high crimes and misdemeanors."

None of which is what Mayorkis has done 20 million times these past three years. The court ruled that since the constitution says the senate shall have the SOLE power to try all impeachments that means once they’re sworn in they can do whatever they want . The court also stated that since all federal judges can be impeached that the courts have no jurisdiction since that would violate the separation of powers.
