I may be mistaken but I think Dares of Eternity has that old Season of the Drifter one as a random drop. Feasible for farming? Probably not, but technically obtainable I think.
I tried all weekend to go flawless and finally did it last night. Still had 2 mercies. I tried a lot of weapons but Tarrabah did it for me. I won a few 3v1s because of Ravenous Beast. It got left behind but people forget that Ravenous Beast does crit damage on body shots. I used Precious Scars for heals and also got quite a few Consecration double and triple kills. Tarrabah performed for me this weekend and i wasnt even using Peacekeepers
@@moostacho4300you don’t need to raid to earn it. You can get easy spoils on all 3 characters each week. First chest of vow solo, crota first chest with lfg team just to get to it, first two chests of vault of glass again just lfg it no mic easy. Thats 60 spoils a week in like 30 minutes if you do it with someone and just swap between checkpoints between each others characters. You’d have it in four weeks without doing actual raid mechanics or groups
I used Tarrabah and same, but I was using path of the burning steps exotic to stack the free radiant. Only takes around 300-330 dmg to get ravenous beast too. Get first kill then poke at people and you will have rav up. Ez
Funny you mention that: Ever notice how Sidearms with the same model as "Spoiler Warning" or "Enigma's Draw" look like a Glock if you removed the sights? The little divots where the sights WOULD be on the Glock are actually modeled on these sidearms as well. The Keening and HeliocentricQsc also share this model but with some attachments. And of course no trigger guard because Destiny.
I just checked my Vault and I have a Boudica that survived my Vault cleaning. It have Extended barrel, Ricochet Rounds, Threat Detector and Multi-Killclip with a range masterwork. I am definitely going to give it a try once I get off work today.
I used mostly sidearms when I went into trials over the weekend. They definitely helped me a ton and got my first Adept ever in trials. Used the persistence card and damn it felt good to get the last 3 wins. Those last three were brutal.
One of my favorite sidearms when I still played. I frequently went between boudica and swift verdict depending on my build. It’s nice seeing this sidearm get some attention.
I came up against a few. I was maiming cryostesia/snipe and Sturm/drang. I got wrecked a few times by that gun. But I knew what it can do and thought “nice shots, GG’s”
I main lonesome. It's my favorite. My Zen moment/kill clip has over 5600 pvp kills. I think my old rapid hit/swashbuckler had 3k+ on it. I couldn't get into the other precision frames because I would just want to use my trusty lonesome.

For what it's worth, Anti-Barrier Sidearm is also contributing to the barricade-disintegrating ability. You can see your sidearm glowing red in the footage. That's having a bigger effect on your barricade damage than the Hakke intrinsic is. Granted "next season" is still forever away, but when it comes this sidearm won't feel as good as it does now for this specific purpose.
All side arms are pretty darn good right now! I was struggling going flawless with the meta build, but then i used The Last Dance & Dead Mans Tale, and went flawless for the first time in a long time!
@@CarriesOnTop I really hate the auto buffs man. HCs can get out dueled by Autos at any range in the open, and if you're not REALLY good at landing peak shots you just get dumpstered. Autos are one of the easiest/most consistent weapons, and now everyone uses them since their buffs, and it's just so annoying to play against. I threw on QS for a match, and it was so much easier, but it's just less fun/satisfying than a HC.
@crescentjester The only hcs worth using currently in a somewhat skillful environment are 120s or maybe a damage boost 180 but yeah 140s are currently cooked other than Hawkmoon
Love love love sidearms. Rat king brought me to flawless this weekend. Funny enough I did all this grinding for summoner and Third Axiom was my go to in the energy slot w/ Rat King to get to the lighthouse. Ol’ reliable.
I've been using this thing since they brought it back. I've been using it to counter shotguns and hold close quarters. People were trying to use them as a ranged weapon when realistically they're might for up close and personal encounters. Like the Halo 3 Magnum
Great video. Loved my boudica back in the day. Might have to pull it out and see how it hangs. On the frenzy note, for hunters, frenzy on a cqc weapon instantly gets more uptime IMO. Gemini Jesters in CQC. Ping em behind walls, the damage tick can proc frenzy, free damage on a radar ripped enemy no kill required. Boudica doubles down on this with threat detector. Giving you a literal yes or no value on whether you will be ripping radars on the dodge. The build is subclass agnostic so pair with your preferred flavor of hunter. Void with the better dodge animation and invis/radar manip, strand with the clones, arc for lethal current to solidify your cqc, stasis for slow dodges. Not to mention threatdetectors range also guarantees a gamblers dodge melee refund.
I've been using Lonesome in the new meta. And its nutty. Went solo flawless this weekend too 🎉 don't sleep on sidearms people! TV youre godly as always. Love that you're still crushing it out there with the pocket rockets ❤
I seen this thing about 3 or 4 times in Trials this week and it was putting in work for the opponents using it. I love it's look and it's sounds so I might try and focus one. Was using Swift Verdict in the Supremacy playlist out of the blue and actually found it surprisingly good, didn't know it was in the same category as Boudica.
Small bit you missed that helped you out is that the artifact is anti barrier sidearm which stacks with hakke breach making shield baking that much more effective.
Side arms are so good in the mid to close range maps. I was using Travelers chosen and was doing so good and getting ability energy all at the same time. Friggin loved it. Gonna try Space Glock next after seeing this lol
Precisions benefited more from the meta changes. Anything hard hitting, dealing chunk damage and relying on precision benefited more. I was going hard for travelers before the patch, Boudicca seems unstoppable after

My ol' reliable swift verdict still has the full auto perk. It was the only roll I ever got with Kill Clip. Even with a dead perk in the third slot, it's still my #1 favourite primary for crucible. Just imagine if it got a refresh with the new origin trait. A man can dream...
I've got one that I've been using since the Red War that has over 200 pvp kills (maybe more being I forget sometimes to switch the kill tracker over) on it, that's flown under the radar (at least for me)... full bore, RR, ambitious assassin, surrounded, with a reload MW. Granted, it's not for everyone, but it works wonders for me.... especially when I equip a quick access sling or targeting adjuster weapon mod.
Btw, if you plan on using the Boudica as a close quarters secondary like I am, I believe frenzy is the way to go because it can proc while stowed. Meaning the +100 handling boost you can get from frenzy make it a quicker swap option.
i was doing well last weekend using Empirical Evidence, it actually performs better than my 140 HC haha. But having seen these damage numbers from you, I might try precision frame sidearms next
I've been using the swift verdict a lot lately. I wish they had brought it back with the other refreshed prophecy weapons. Also the lonesome sidearm from gambit is a good one.
I’m not a trials player, I’ve loved the Boudica since it came out, and I went solo flawless this last weekend for the 3rd time. I had Boudica in my hand for the entire card when I went flawless.
i love this gun especially the sound hehe. mykel's reverence is pretty good too with harmonic resonance trait for Handling , Reload Speed and 0.95x Reload Duration Multiplier but sadly the dmg buff not working in pvp, dunno if it's bugged or it's intended

Thanks TV, you inspired me to pull out my favorite Boudica... Lol it might not be considered a god roll to some. But it's an extended barrel.. ricochet rounds with hipfire grip and gutshot straight. I know those perks counter each other but I have a freehamd grip on it and hot swap for my secondary rifle that has disruption break. If I ever feel like my hipfire shots are off on a fast move target. I know even if I am down sight I will get a little more body shot dmg. Should I miss the head. In this sand box. I know we are punished more for body shot. But it's such a spammy weapon. I like knowing I get that extra ten percent on top of the 50 percent should I get my disruption break perk active when I break shields. 😅
Yeah, the trials experience is looking rough. I was using vigilance wing with heliocentric and the Athrys’s Embrace, and it’s a great loadout, but wow were there so many time were even when paired with a 2-stack that there was always one person sitting in spawn not contributing, and the other running off to the other side of the map not doing anything helpful
I keep forgetting that Hakke has breach armaments - I usually stick with the default Stock. Guess I'll be looking for a Boudica as well as rotating more Hakke weapons through as a primary in Trials - to get rid of those pesky Barricades and Wells.
It's an amazing sidearm. I've got one for PvE with Smallbore, High-Caliber or Armor Piercing Rounds (I can switch), Stats For All, One For All, and Hakke Breach Armament with a Stability Masterwork (I wish it had been a Range Masterwork). I may work one for PvE after seeing this
Hip fire grip is also a good one to keep. It matches your range to ads range and gives you stability and aim assist. Definitely worth keeping just to try it out.
Saw this video. Ran into someone with 14,000 kills on theirs. Went to gunsmith. Grabbed one. First roll was an 83 range Moving Target / Multi Kill Clip roll with Hi-Cal. It slaps. Absolutely slaps. Wtf, I've been missing out FOR YEARS!!! Wuuuuut?!?!?
This is good news, and yes, I can’t understand why they don’t add more precision side arms. I remember using the Anonymous Autumn very fondly with moving target/range finder and pairing it with a sniper. Although I can’t remember the name of the sniper I used back then, possibly Aachen

I used this sidearm some this weekend and yes it's good but I usually stuck with travelers chosen or the stasis sidearm with headseeker. I had many rounds where I killed all 3 enemy just with travelers chosen and I loveit. Once I got my adept summoner I used travelers chosen with summoner most of Monday. I got zen moment kill clip on adept summoner with 70 range and its nasty. Kill clip is amazing.
My old Kill Clip Lonesome is one of my favorite sidearms ever. Wish they reissued it with the other Reckoning weapons. Here's hoping they consider it in the future.
I’ve been using the keening in trials and man, zen moment moving target slaps hard! I only got 400 kills on it but I hope to reach 1000 one day bc I love that gun

Häkke precision sidearms are one of my favourite archetypes in the game. I kept an old Minimum distance in my vault for years until we got the Boudica. Too bad they're only available for the kinetic slot and I can't use it with my favourite weapons.
I was a huge fan of Hakke sidearms in D1, mainly the Jabberhakke-D. I have been waiting for a legendary Hakke sidearm in D2 for a while. Then this beauty came. I have a terrible roll, but it has almost 500 crucible kills. Base stats alone, the weapon is reliable and consistent. It's actually my favorite "secondary" weapon.
I found out how good this sidearm is a few weekends ago before the change. My roll was AP rounds, Hipfire, and Frenzy. Hipfire provides a unique experience along with being reliable in the air while shredding barricades. I'll have to grind another roll but this sidearm is pretty fun.
Ive been using a slickdraw one and it's got perhaps the weirdest consistency of any sidearm I've used Anything above or below 10-15m and it feels like it shoots air
I like how this gun feels but I've never got a good roll of it. Will have to look out for focusing days. Would have been nice to have while pointlessly getting bent over by the path of persistence bugging out
i have that exact same roll of the boudica (i call it the booty call 😆), except it has ambitious assassin instead of moving target. i am gonna try it out!!! also, you should focus some engrams at the gunsmith for the fioritura sidearm. yeah its a full auto BUT… hipfire grip + offhand strike is pretty insane.
Sick roll. I ended up preferring my old 78 range Lonesome with Zen + Kill Clip. I almost deleted many times in the past, but after the Zen moment buff...well...it cooks. o7
TV, you should really give armamentarium titan with grapples a try. You can play like strand hunter but still have barricade. You can really go off with double lightweight weapons. I've been running it with heal clip kill clip heliocentric and eye of the storm cascade point taraxipos. You can play crazy agressive and it's so much fun.
Whats funny is I usually cycle weapons out of my account when replacements come along or when its obviously outdated (main sign is when it doesn't have an origin trait). That said I actually forgot I still have 1 outdated gun thats not sunset, I have a Lonesome with rapid hit/kill clip or multi kill clip, and it's sounding like it might be worth actually trying in pvp
I was using the Boudica myself this weekend, mainly because I saw a lot of people pick up the Cryostesia and tried it myself but just didnt like the exotic gameplay. Picked up a few Boudicas and just had some fun in trials farming 3 Persistence keys this weekend. As fantastic as Boudica feels I must say, the only thing plaguing it is its really bad perk pool. Hip fire grip and Moving Target are nice, but that 4th collum is EXTREMELY mid. The only reason it stays really good option is the ease of focusing at vendor and the fact there really are no good competitors in the game. Hope they add some new equally clean designed precision side arm like it. Love the look and hakke is super nice for breaking my fellow titans barricade, but would gladdly give for some better perk combos.
Do you have, or can you possibly do an updated settings guide? I’m a console controller player, and every time I watch your clips, I feel like your sens settings would feel great for me.

You can get gunsmith engrams fast from master lost sectors. Farm for your heliocentric or whatever then turn your engrams in for boudica

I've got one that I've been using since the Red War that has over 200 pvp kills (maybe more being I forget sometimes to switch the kill tracker over) on it, that's flown under the radar (at least for me)... full bore, RR, ambitious assassin, surrounded, with a reload MW. Granted, it's not for everyone, but it works wonders for me.... especially when I equip a quick access sling or targeting adjuster weapon mod.
Btw, if you plan on using the Boudica as a close quarters secondary like I am, I believe frenzy is the way to go because it can proc while stowed. Meaning the +100 handling boost you can get from frenzy make it a quicker swap option.
I have a very similar roll but with burg swashbuckler instead. Also! I still have a lonesome with rapid hit and kill clip. That thing is a beast too.
i was doing well last weekend using Empirical Evidence, it actually performs better than my 140 HC haha. But having seen these damage numbers from you, I might try precision frame sidearms next

I was using allied demand IB sidearm, with under over and it was doing the business. Got 3 or 4 flawlesses solo this week.

Boudicca has been my favorite sidearm since it came out. Ive been laughed at quite a bit for it but its always worked well for me.
I've been using the swift verdict a lot lately. I wish they had brought it back with the other refreshed prophecy weapons. Also the lonesome sidearm from gambit is a good one.
I’m not a trials player, I’ve loved the Boudica since it came out, and I went solo flawless this last weekend for the 3rd time. I had Boudica in my hand for the entire card when I went flawless.

mykel's reverence is pretty good too with harmonic resonance trait for Handling , Reload Speed
and 0.95x Reload Duration Multiplier but sadly the dmg buff not working in pvp, dunno if it's bugged or it's intended

Thanks TV, you inspired me to pull out my favorite Boudica... Lol it might not be considered a god roll to some. But it's an extended barrel.. ricochet rounds with hipfire grip and gutshot straight. I know those perks counter each other but I have a freehamd grip on it and hot swap for my secondary rifle that has disruption break. If I ever feel like my hipfire shots are off on a fast move target. I know even if I am down sight I will get a little more body shot dmg. Should I miss the head. In this sand box. I know we are punished more for body shot. But it's such a spammy weapon. I like knowing I get that extra ten percent on top of the 50 percent should I get my disruption break perk active when I break shields. 😅
Just a head up: Moving Target activates whenever you ADS, no need to strafe (been bugged since release, never fixed).
Swift verdict is very fun. I had a surplus zen moment saved which feels great but I wish I kept a killclip roll for that ttk

Yeah, the trials experience is looking rough. I was using vigilance wing with heliocentric and the Athrys’s Embrace, and it’s a great loadout, but wow were there so many time were even when paired with a 2-stack that there was always one person sitting in spawn not contributing, and the other running off to the other side of the map not doing anything helpful
I keep forgetting that Hakke has breach armaments - I usually stick with the default Stock.
Guess I'll be looking for a Boudica as well as rotating more Hakke weapons through as a primary in Trials - to get rid of those pesky Barricades and Wells.
It's an amazing sidearm. I've got one for PvE with Smallbore, High-Caliber or Armor Piercing Rounds (I can switch), Stats For All, One For All, and Hakke Breach Armament with a Stability Masterwork (I wish it had been a Range Masterwork). I may work one for PvE after seeing this
Hip fire grip is also a good one to keep. It matches your range to ads range and gives you stability and aim assist. Definitely worth keeping just to try it out.
Saw this video. Ran into someone with 14,000 kills on theirs. Went to gunsmith. Grabbed one. First roll was an 83 range Moving Target / Multi Kill Clip roll with Hi-Cal. It slaps. Absolutely slaps. Wtf, I've been missing out FOR YEARS!!!

This is good news, and yes, I can’t understand why they don’t add more precision side arms. I remember using the Anonymous Autumn very fondly with moving target/range finder and pairing it with a sniper. Although I can’t remember the name of the sniper I used back then, possibly Aachen

I used this sidearm some this weekend and yes it's good but I usually stuck with travelers chosen or the stasis sidearm with headseeker. I had many rounds where I killed all 3 enemy just with travelers chosen and I loveit. Once I got my adept summoner I used travelers chosen with summoner most of Monday. I got zen moment kill clip on adept summoner with 70 range and its nasty. Kill clip is amazing.
My old Kill Clip Lonesome is one of my favorite sidearms ever. Wish they reissued it with the other Reckoning weapons. Here's hoping they consider it in the future.
I’ve been using the keening in trials and man, zen moment moving target slaps hard! I only got 400 kills on it but I hope to reach 1000 one day bc I love that gun

Häkke precision sidearms are one of my favourite archetypes in the game. I kept an old Minimum distance in my vault for years until we got the Boudica. Too bad they're only available for the kinetic slot and I can't use it with my favourite weapons.

I was a huge fan of Hakke sidearms in D1, mainly the Jabberhakke-D. I have been waiting for a legendary Hakke sidearm in D2 for a while. Then this beauty came. I have a terrible roll, but it has almost 500 crucible kills. Base stats alone, the weapon is reliable and consistent. It's actually my favorite "secondary" weapon.
I found out how good this sidearm is a few weekends ago before the change.
My roll was AP rounds, Hipfire, and Frenzy.
Hipfire provides a unique experience along with being reliable in the air while shredding barricades. I'll have to grind another roll but this sidearm is pretty fun.
Ive been using a slickdraw one and it's got perhaps the weirdest consistency of any sidearm I've used

I like how this gun feels but I've never got a good roll of it. Will have to look out for focusing days. Would have been nice to have while pointlessly getting bent over by the path of persistence bugging out

Sick roll. I ended up preferring my old 78 range Lonesome with Zen + Kill Clip. I almost deleted many times in the past, but after the Zen moment buff...well...it cooks. o7
TV, you should really give armamentarium titan with grapples a try. You can play like strand hunter but still have barricade. You can really go off with double lightweight weapons. I've been running it with heal clip kill clip heliocentric and eye of the storm cascade point taraxipos. You can play crazy agressive and it's so much fun.
I played with this weekend was soo cool to play with was the best time I had even though I still haven't gotten my adept
Whats funny is I usually cycle weapons out of my account when replacements come along or when its obviously outdated (main sign is when it doesn't have an origin trait). That said I actually forgot I still have 1 outdated gun thats not sunset, I have a Lonesome with rapid hit/kill clip or multi kill clip, and it's sounding like it might be worth actually trying in pvp
Saw a lot of sidearms, especially after Sunday. If I didn't have kill clip active I was just praying that they would miss more shots than me😂

I was using the Boudica myself this weekend, mainly because I saw a lot of people pick up the Cryostesia and tried it myself but just didnt like the exotic gameplay. Picked up a few Boudicas and just had some fun in trials farming 3 Persistence keys this weekend. As fantastic as Boudica feels I must say, the only thing plaguing it is its really bad perk pool. Hip fire grip and Moving Target are nice, but that 4th collum is EXTREMELY mid. The only reason it stays really good option is the ease of focusing at vendor and the fact there really are no good competitors in the game. Hope they add some new equally clean designed precision side arm like it. Love the look and hakke is super nice for breaking my fellow titans barricade, but would gladdly give for some better perk combos.
Do you have, or can you possibly do an updated settings guide? I’m a console controller player, and every time I watch your clips, I feel like your sens settings would feel great for me.
