Hello great tutorial, I have just purchased one of these very similar to yours, on the back is V-in and V-out, but also on the V - in side of the board is EN, any idea what the EN is for please? Thanks.... John :)
do you know the difference between MP2307 and MP1584 ? i think the both have the same pinouts but not sure whitch one is best to use to charge mobile device
if you use that 7volt battery with its mah..and use it at 3.3v would that extend that hours of use?

Maybe the EN is enable and used to switch it on and off possibly. Not sure though.
EN is used to switch of and off the module.

I think its the switching frequency of the chip but I wouldn't have a clue which is best for charging a mobile device
