My Cancer rising/Libra Sun facilitate gentle energies in interacting with the world, but within my inner world I'm mentally voracious and striving for mastery in whatever interests me. I think as a result, as you say, I do on occasion take people by surprise with what I can do or know. Way back in my teen years I learned that you become a target if you enter into competition, and I didn't like the experience. I needed exactly this affirming clarification.
I just feel extremely alone right now and in my head. I'm in a homeless shelter right now. 18 days in. I was here for my 45th Solar Return on the 17th.
I was feeling strong and hope and then feeling loss like I'm losing. My personal things that I made sure I had when I hit here so I could maintain the health that I've gathered in the past 7 months (I was in a shared room boarding house place with all kinds of messiness) and had a roof over my head. Shelter from outside. But I'm low on things, like a roll of toilet paper, wipes to clean my body when I can't get a shower, sesame seed oil for my skin/self massage care, I made a list this morning of basics, then got on my bike and screamed and ranted as I rode on the American River Bike Trail full of complaints, frustrations, and confusion about my life and a relationship energy that's tugging at me. I've already chosen me but me seems to include having always chosen them. Which is choosing me and choosing them but..anyways I'm tired.
I'm a light yes, everywhere I go. I'm so myself everywhere. I have 2 Leis on my bed post (top bunk) that I wore the first 2 days and a few sense.I have my Pooh Bear who travels with me obviously no matter where I'm at (about 15 years now).
I have 2 big sunhats that I got for $3 each out of my storage unit last week so I go out in one of those each day. I ride my bike. I walk. And I come back only to sleep and/or wash my stuff.
Some staff are nice and have made this easier. Some are not. There's a not good feeling of we're (the participants is what they call us) are not good, or worthy of time, which is investment. But they are jaded and burnt out.
I keep to myself. But this past week people have been more engaging. A select scattering of people. They smile and say hi and wish me a good day.
The guys in my dorm (about 27 of us) are just..all individuals with a lot of stuff.
So a few had never even heard me speak until the past couple of days.
But everyone has seen me meditate every morning, do bed yoga, massage my feet each night, wipe and lotion my body, stretch my fingers. I'm a painter, Ink artist, and learning how to traditionally draw, plus was learning the guitar the past couple months and just because my stuff is in storage and I'm not able to do what I was doing, this is temporary and I have to take care of myself the best way I know.
You all reading may really understand this. Spirit is telling me to rest. To relax. To enjoy.
I've produced so much art and words in the past 3-4 years. My own love light language so I have lifetimes of content.
And I'm sure people wonder where I go and what I do and what I'm writing, listening to, watching. I'm clearly content but recently I've been angry angry.
I know that everything is what it is but I feel that this me is beneficial to everyone but me😂

and the thing is I'm always grateful. So many things to be grateful for at all times. Even this confusion anger that I feel. Temper Tantrum for sure.

Gratitude : My phone that my friend got me and the family plan she has me on. I'm typing this message in thanks to her and it. Being right near the river AND a bike trail the past 2 weeks. I was about an hour and a half away from where I'm at now. I didn't know about this place and had no idea where I was until day 2 when I went a different direction than the housing person did when she dropped me off.
Less than 2 minutes, right up the street, my beautiful bike that I didn't have to put in storage after all. After the intake 5.3.23) I was shown around and the only outside area is a back patio where people smoke and hangout and where all the bikes are. They are everywhere! 😁 but safe as can be. Security camera. Someone would have to walk through the offices area, past the front desk, through the double doors to the cafeteria, to the outside, and the Sherrif's office is about 30 feet away right next door to our front entrance, I feel as safe as I can feel, my health, this being able to share here.
I feel soooo much better.
