wooltman So many Chris that it was hard for us to fit in a lunch break lol. I think they must fill the box for a round trip especially the 0-4-0 Saddle Tank (Colin McAndrew)... With three on the footplate I think they store the coal in their pockets? It's a nice friendly little railway & glad you enjoyed it. Cheers, Brian.

Nice busy atmosphere Brian. I had read about the hoppers in Steam Railway and it was good to see Chasewater's own MGR trains! I couldn't make it this year as I was travelling over to Lincoln for a squadron reunion. Thanks for showing me what I missed!
    Cheers Alan

SYKAROST Parsound You two do us sterling work in advertisement! Your coverage of the event is brilliant showing pretty much every loco on every train they were put on. And some great angles too. Glad the weather stayed nice for you filming. And also thank you for capturing 8:40 Managed to keep the pressure as high as it could be so meant lots of noise ;) Will be sure to share this with the guys. Thank you again

RailFan60121 Sorry, you don't mention your name but I really do appreciate your kind comment. You Guys put on a really great show & I think myself (and Alan) feel that it deserves to be done justice to in our videos. I was well impressed with that departure at 8.40 (was it for my benefit...lol?). Were you firing Holly Bank? will have to look out for you next time. I've met Mitch a couple of times in past but not this time. Have you seen my other two Chasewater vids... ruclips.net/video/dD9q3Vp_FJM/видео.html and ruclips.net/video/D8DR2hVj0kU/видео.html If not, enjoy & share away with the everyone involved in this lovely little railway, thanks & best wishes, Brian (Ex BR Fireman)

Are we on about Big Mitch or little Mitch? I was indeed firing Holly Bank. Lovely loco. Once she gets hot, you can't stop her. We've once put her back on shed at 90psi and she's risen back up to about 120 before. The departure was for all the photographers there haha. I shall have a look at the other videos. I'm glad you enjoy our railway. Its not much but its home. Hope to see you for Brewery Day maybe? And I'm Kyle

They are essentially designed for coal traffic but where empty here to the best of my knowledge.
