Our Western governments should have allowed the full use of our weapons from the beginning. Not doing so, out of fear of escalation was a pussy move.
Kharkiv, a city of over a million people is under daily bombardment by russia. Over 20,000 homes have been destroyed since the start of the war. The situation is similar to the Blitz in London during WW2. russia is hitting the centre of Kharkiv daily with glide bombs. It has targeted fire stations throughout the region with Iranian drones. It uses 'double tap' strikes to kill first responders. Civilians die every day. Since December 2023, Kharkiv has been hit by more missiles than at any other point in the war. These are war crimes.
Kharkiv has up to 12 air raid alerts every day. Because of the proximity to the front line, they have only about 40 seconds to get to cover from ballistic missiles. russia is trying to destroy the city and cause another wave of refugees. This is what russia does. This is who they are.
Russia deliberately starved civilians as a military tactic in Mariupol.
International legal experts say Russian forces deliberately used starvation of civilians as a military tactic during the 85-day siege of Mariupol between March and May 2022.
Human rights organisation Global Rights Compliance (GRC) said Russian forces "systematically attacked objects indispensable to the survival of the civilian population" such as food, water, energy and access to healthcare.
At the same time, the Russian troops cut off evacuation routes and blocked humanitarian aid from coming in, it added in a 76-page report.
The starvation of civilians "by depriving them of objects indispensable to their survival" as a military tactic is defined as a war crime under the International Criminal Court.
The International Criminal Court has jurisdiction over war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide if committed on the territory of Ukraine. The court has so far issued four arrest warrants related to Ukraine, including against Russian president Vladimir Putin.

The russian civilians were hit by debris from a downed missile that was targeting russian military objects. russian bloggers have confirmed this. They have also confirmed that the russian government provided no shelter, no air raid warnings for the civilians who had no right being on a Ukrainian beach anyway.

Don't know about your claim. But there are some RUclipsrs who live and filmed Mariupol after the supposed "captured by force" by the Ruzzian. And they said very much differently than your claim.

@@doogssmee9742 I'm not sure they have broken the rules. They seem to have been, almost frustratingly, following the rules of their providers. I don't think the A-50 and Il-22 was flying over Russian airspace when it was hit by the patriot. It was over the Azov Sea "near Strilkove, Kherson Oblast " and I don't know which airspace that is(?)

Glad the US and others allowed the strikes into Russia. I know it was frustrating, and I was frustrated too, but now this is at least partially corrected, a big step.

Figure it out. The slow increase in aid to Ukraine allows Russian citizens to see that Russia is beating its own brains out. There is no need for the west to flex and send Ukraine all the weapons necessary to crush the Russian occupation quickly. That would make Russians dig their heels in and resist the west as if the west invaded Russia.
Crimea is not an inherent territory of Russia. As for the duration of its rule, Mongolia, the Tatars, and the Ottoman Turks may have been in power longer.
