The song Evidement, is very well orchestrated doomsday tune that reminds a bit the beginning of the song Go West by the Pet Shop Boys then explose in a disco vibe including a touch of drama. She sing with a lot of glamour (to remember the cabarets time in Paris). The lyrics of this song represent the old and modern France as well surrounded with love. As the song said; She'll never be the same again, that girl from before. let me sing the great France. She have the elegance with a breathtaking voice. This is La Zarra! Helloowowow my friend Alex! As a French my favourite French food that I love and recommend is actually a dish typical from where I live it's called "Boles de Picolat". These are actually very good-tasting meatballs(whatever kind of meat) with pastas or beans with a delicious sauce. You should try it one day. Also, I adore the dessert called "L'île flottante" ("Floating Island" literally), I'm sure you'll like it! Another French dishes: Coq au vin, boeuf bourguignon, tartiflette... All this made me hungry haha. Wooooow I'm more than happy that you adore our song this year! Merci Alex!!! 😍
The song was chosen internally (not by the public) and they played it very safe. The song is perfect for ESC and everything about it is supposed to attract a sector of the public. That said, to give honour where honour is due, it is a good song and La Zarra sings it very well. My favourite dish? Perhaps the tartare de boeuf.
This is very true that this song was tailored for ESC. Just like The Artist was tailored for the US public as well. One left thing to check out is, how she will perform live on a different set, but hopefuly with the same outfit.
