I completely agree on the gorilla glass is great. 2 years with note 9 + a Kate Spade skinny cover many many drops and my phone had no scratches until I went to the beach sand scratched it all to h#!! Anyone else have any opinions?
I finally got round to trying these for my Note 20 Ultra, you're right, they're really great TPU protectors. Barely noticeable when screen is in use, and pretty easy to install after you've watched the instructions! Very impressive, I was so sick of tempered glass protectors breaking and being so expensive.
I put on my LK screen protector on my note 20 ultra the other day and it went on beautifully, the installation is simple they have a RUclips video. I love it!
Bought a glass protector for my Note 20 Ultra yesterday and there was a circle area for the thumbprint in the middle and an UGLY RAINBOW EFFECT so I took it off.. Bought that LK TPU screen protector, arriving tomorrow, coz of you man. I'm excited, hopefully it's as good as you say!!
Let us know how it is, i just got my tempered glass screen protector today and its terrible! Circle for the finger print sensor and it still didn't work! I'm thinking of getting this protector too
@@aneurinaustin Hey man, when I applied it on, the first one had bubbles under the screen coz i didnt clean it properly so there was dust.. so I used the second one which was perfect. No bubbles even on the edge. And its case friendly too..
Gonna have to disagree here. I have been using tempered glass protectors since my Note 8. My job requires some construction, and i have dropped all my phones face down into rocks a few times. Each time the tempered glass screen took the hit and was cracked. Upon removing it, phone was flawless. I am a true believer in the sacrificial nature of the tempered glass setup. It is a difficult process to master, but worth it. I have traded each phone with no issues. The TPU protectors can send the impact stresses into the phone glass. I put a whitestone on my Note 20 Ultra right out of the box with no issues. I also keep two spare ones so I am not left unprotected if I drop the phone.
Bullitt3309 I agree however on the s20 note ultra the fingerprint reader won’t work consistently or at all with tempered glass. I tried 4 different ones from Amazon (thank you return process) none of them worked without having to disable fingerprint. I finally put on a flexible plastic one and it works fine installation was easy and I have 2 left over for when it craps out.
@@chaimweiner4116 nothimg really, my 20 ultra took a hit from a pavel corner right in the middle, and it only had a little scratch( hairline) and the film protector that was shipped with took care of it. No damage to the phone scdeen at all.. so idk, gorilla glass does its job i suppose...
Does the fingerprint sensor work? I have the note 20 ultra on the way and have had the same Whitestone dome protector on my note 9 for 6 months, since I had to replace the screen. I'll pay 50 over 250 any day.
@@lorismith9102 yes it does. It is not as fast as without glass, but a small price to pay for protection. I also have a pin to use as well of it doesn't open fast enough for me with finger.
Just searched for a few vids. Thought your worked better for me, so just got this for my phone.. done with glass ones that have a mark and dim the screen. So thanks man.
I have the same LK screen protector. The installation was AMAZING. However, the fingerprints and smudges are a bit much. Screen looks dirty. You can see the markings after you use the pen, but it does disappear shortly afterwards. Thats just my 2 cent about the LK protector.
After watching your video, I used your link to purchase it. Luckily for me, It was a same-day delivery. It took me about 4 minutes to apply it on my Note 20 ultra. The biggest thing I was impressed by was the fingerprint detection. Thanks again
I totally agree with you. I've had Whitestone screen protectors in the past and they get cracked really easily so you go through about two or three per year. Which turned out to be $150. Fuck that shit. We all know damn well that we all enjoyed a factory screen protector that came with our phone
Thats crazy I added this to my kart on Amazon then I looked up screen protectors I need the one exactly like the factory! Going to buy right now thanks for this video
Great video. The screen protector itself though after two months started to get bubbles and lifting near the top. I think despite it saying its compatible with all cases it did not stay well with my Spigen tough armour case . The rear camera protector also had bubbles but not over the lens itself so I was fine with that for the time being but since changed it and its bubble free.

Best screen protector would be Whitestone Dome Glass Screen Protector. Definitely recommend it. 🧡👌 Best case: Ringke cases are always good. They protect your phone and it feels good in your hand.🔥
I have the Zagg InvisibleShield Glass Fusion screen protector installed on my Note 20 Ultra and it's great. It's like a combination of glass and plastic. Its a glass protector but it's put on like plastic. It was $40 but well worth it. And if anything happens to it, I just go back to Best Buy and they will put a new one on for free.
I didn't install it. A Best Buy employee installed it. It only took him 5 minutes. If anything happens to it, I just go to the store and they will put a new one on for free. I wouldn't have to pay for the new one either. It does smudge but not a whole lot. Stylus works great and fingerprint works great but I did have to register my fingerprint again though.

Chaim Weiner It should look like a normal screen protector that you would apply as opposed to a plastic covering that you’re meant to peel off - some have a hole where the fingerprint sensor is - that is not a long term screen protector.
I used a whitedome on my note 10 plus and I had a little drop from about about 2 feet and it cracked the whitedome and also cracked the screen of my note 10
I just wonder if the film screen protectors protect your screen as well from drops? I had the Whitestone on my Note 8, and true it did crack, but the screen didn't!
I think your "just wonder if the film screen protectors protect your screen" is a stupid statement. What the video refers is the feel of the actual phone without any bulky dome glass. Clearly he mentioned it protects from scratches and keys scratches but not when you drop your phone. Lol
@@kirkresty297 I can see your having a bad day, but I don't think my question was "a stupid statement!" Obviously, the Whitestone protected my phone's screen from cracking, and it is feasible, that just having the extra support of the film might give the screen extra protection!

I went ahead and bought them. Installation was cake, but like a previous comment said - it smudges like crazy! The main issue though - it does not seem compatible with any of my 3 cases. I assumed this was most likely a case problem, but even the lightest case that is looser on the sides causes the protector to start peeling off the edge. I tried letting the phone sit over 20 hours or so before adding the case too : / .
Yeah thats the problem with film screen protector. I had the same issues too. I changed to whitestone ones. It does its job. Just go for whitestone. They fit perfectly

The LK screen protector is the best that I've ever applied or used.. I'm on my second week now with no issues whatsoever... The hard case hasn't lifted or, peeled it in any way.. This will be my protection for the life of my Ultra Thanks for the review
I've used these before on an S10 and they feel incredibly bad after a few weeks. They are made of rubber TPU so you lose that glass feel and they just have that soft touch feel that makes the device less premium. Also the screen will heat up more since it's rubber material. There's no bubbles which is great but that soft touch rubber feel is just awful.
I've seen several screen saver reviews, and I actually believe this one. I hate constantly replacing the glass ones. I just ordered one from your link, thanks for the review! Also, very interested in the evolution video. I've owned 4 Notes so far, and I have to say the Note 4 was my favorite, adjusting for the available tech at the time of course.
My last note was the Note 4 and I agree with the available tech which came with it for the era. Now I am grabbing the Note 20 and will definitely grab this new screen protector!
Hey JDL, not sure if you read older comments, just wondering how this screen protector is holding up? I was gonna buy it but just wondering if its still working after two months
I think what he meant by ripped off Dome Glass is really true. I had been using Dome Glass and honestly I am the type of person who won't just drop a phone. Installing a dome glass isn't easy for everyone. I had met people who installed the product and they messed up. It's like burning you $70 instantly. What I'm saying is.. If the Dome Glass is just new to the market then yes they can charge that much but they already have the formula.
Thank you I have been looking for a screen protector for the note 20 ultra preferably front and back but can't find one just like you I went threw too many tempered glass away they break easily because of the curved edges so I'm going back to just screen protectors

Assuming you're still using it, is it still treating you well? It's not peeling up from the edges or anything?
I actually changed into the 2nd one last week. So the 1st one lasted a good while for the abuse I gave it. Still loving them!
@@NewStuffTV1 cool video! What kind of abuse?
Damn man 4th grade? I only made it to the 3rd grade🤦♂️
😅 I guess you're SOL😂
Just kidding, thanks! had a good laugh at your comment🥰
You get what you pay for. I for one would not put a cheap screen protector on my 1000 plus phone.
Very interested in a note evolution video!!
Here it is ruclips.net/video/ZmYFavNiYUA/видео.html
Hey JDL, not sure if you read older comments, just wondering how this screen protector is holding up? I was gonna buy it but just wondering if its still working after two months
It's definitely taken a beating, but I'm still using the 1st one I installed.
@@NewStuffTV1 Thanks man! You're actually the real g, keep making great videos
LOL...What? Glass protectors are meant to break but they protect your screen, which films don't.
I love the plastic screen protectors, too!!
🙌
Does this one leave behind any marks when writing with the pen? Most I've used leave behind marks from the pressure .. super annoying!
So far I don't have any. And yeah... I hate that too.
Let me know if that changes !! Can't be nekid out in deez streets !! 😂
Lmaooooo!
not friendly case
What about the Whitestone Dome?
Trash. 🗑🚮
@@NewStuffTV1 why is it trash i need my screen protected not from scratches but also from falling cracks
no they're not a rip off 30 buck best buy brake it unlimited free replacement I've probably done 10 already
Unknot your boxers, fellas!
Thank you I have been looking for a screen protector for the note 20 ultra preferably front and back but can't find one just like you I went threw too many tempered glass away they break easily because of the curved edges so I'm going back to just screen protectors
Happy to help. Also, check out SophiGaurd for a skin if you use them.
I heard afroman 😭😂
You sure talk a lot about everything but what the title states, which is why I selected the video!
