  • We arrived Bellingham, Washington and spent 3 nights at Whidbey Island, WA. While there Tom became very sick and we learned he had COVID. We made our way down the state to the McChord/Lewis area where I proceeded to also get COVID. Luckily we had 5 days planned there which gave us time to rest. We did manage to squeeze in a few days of sightseeing which included both Olympic and Mt Rainier National Parks. We moved on to Oregon, spending one night in Wilsonville, a lovely Sun Outdoors Campground, before moving on to Grants Pass, Oregon where we spent 3 nights. We ventured over to the California coast to experience the Redwood National and State Parks; the coast was gorgeous and the trees were spectacular. We also ventured to Crater Lake National Park and did the Watchman Peak hike. What a magnificent place...just wow! We had two more travel days before arriving Coalinga, CA; one stop in Redding and one stop in Lodi. They were uneventful stops but pleasant nonetheless. Stay tuned...Sequoia N.P. and Joshua Tree N.P. will be featured in our next video along with some other fun stuff. Thanks for watching!
