I’m assuming you could go out there- it just said emergency exit. Not emergency exit only. I’m guess they are just labeling and noting so people know that those are safe doors to go out if there happens to be an emergency.
I usually keep a small baby powder in my bag and before I get back on the ship I apply a little to my legs, etc. and the sand falls right off !!
