Incredible singer don't get me wrong. It's pretty clear that that he draws inspiration from the two though. Styles and Mendes immediately came to mind when i first saw him. Those two are the ones who are truly out there doing their own thing.

He doesn't sing at all while recording the video. His voice sounds edited. You can truly see a singer's talent live, even without a microphone (which, when going through the mixer, gets processed).
