My mind was blown, and I don't know why i was so surprised by this, when I found out from a family friend who was on House Hunters...when they cast you for the show you've already bought the house you wanted and they stage it like its not yours & then you look at two random houses.
7 years married: I still do my best to never fart in front of my SO. I’ve pushed two kids out in front of him and I only fart if I’m sure it will be silent and no smell.
Hi, great episode! Just wanted to say though, the part about corporations getting the tax deduction when you round up at the register isn't true. And yes, even if you donate by rounding up at the register you are entitled to take the deduction on your taxes. (However, since most of us don't itemize and take the standard deduction it doesn't really matter)
I love a good reality television show, dating tends to be my go to but there are other good ones as well, but I am currently having flashbacks to 2009/2010 with NYC Prep (about wealthy teenager) and My Life as Liz (for years I thought it was a semi scripted reality show, but it was really just a mockumentary).
So I’m divorced and me and my ex would fart in front of each other and everything! Been with my boyfriend now for 6 years and we have never farted on purpose in front of each other. It’s so hard to get used to!
Im really curious about the psychology behind not farting in front of your partner, like what do you make it mean? Do you think it makes you less desirable and therefore think being your full human self makes you less desirable? What does it say about the people you are attracted to that you dont feel like you can be your unabridged self around them, or what does it say about how you view yourself within the relationship. Do you only feel like you are actually only truly yourself around yourself- and what does it say if you feel like relationships reinforce that sentiment instead of making you feel the opposite... ZNT kind of alluded to it bc he was saying how he feels like his relationships work better as people not fully coming together as their whole selves but more like parts of each other meeting each others needs and then remaining grounded in having space at the core. Idk for such a juvenile topic i feel like its actually so deeply revealing of peoples self concepts and relational concepts
If you want reality TV exposed, listen to Back to the Beach! And a previous Bad Girls Club member from one of the later seasons wanted to sue because producers let a group of the girls destroy all her stuff but they said if she did she wouldn’t be able to be part of any other shows on the network. And the twins from BGC said producers lets them get jumped for like 10 minutes but made it look like it was short
21:58 Omg I was going to mention this! It was a fun show although I wish I was more consistent with watching it. Also, there was a very funny BuzzFeed video based around the premise of the show.

Wow. Just...wow 😂 I honestly didn't think they faked that either

It’s the Split Screen format for me! Both of you looking fab 🔥
I like a talent based show and there’s a bit of the Schadenfreude when there are bad auditions.
Sad that we only get a 36 min podcast this week. Don't treat us this wayyyyyyyyyyyy
I wish I could go to the live show! I hope you guys have so much fun!! I’m a gassy gal so I fart soon with partners lol
15:51 Project Runwaay raised an army of queer people all by itself. Tim Gunn was and still is a great mentor.
lol Zach’s not the only one drooling over the Athlete
