Healthy sparring. To people complaining, they have guards and prob going 60%. You need minimum momentum and speed to have good form and the gear makes loud noises even if you hit them lightly bc of the material used.

Wrong. Saenchai has better control than this. The woman in pink always goes hard. She needs to check her ego.

the 1st girl is she was a regular everyday kinda girl that's training she's got maybe less than a year of training in muay thai if that's her 1st martial arts if not maybe 4months less. the same with the 2nd girl... all in all I think they'll improve if they kept at it I think they are intimidated. Duangdawnoi only gives back with how much you give her mostly but she's young it won't be weird if sometimes she would turn up the heat higher than usual she probably spars with men all the time and people that does muay thai everyday so this is also an adjustment for her. saenchai is probably the chillest guy to spar with but people just go full blast on him I'd say like go like 40 - 50% power but be fast with your footwork and reaction and learn more techniques rather than try to fight. this is a good spar session we all probably saw some her spar where the heat was up... that's what happens when someone tries to fight you and not learn you gotta give back the same heat they give you.

I hope the weirdo trolls won't be criticizing her on this one. You can clearly see in these matchups she's looking at their weaknesses and acting on it. That gives the sparring partner a chance to reflect on their own defense and to improve. The shin guards make a loud sound, but sound isn't power, and she doesn't unnecessarily hit where it'll hurt like the liver or heart. She'll aim for your guard if she kicks high rather than at the face. I think that should also be done fast or you can accidentally hit the face if the opponent drops the guard for whatever reason.
Without shin guards, it shouldn't make a lot of sound when you kick because generally you're looking to cut through the opponent with the sharp blade of your bone. People often associate noise with power, but rather it's often bad targeting or technique or just the shin guards themselves.

This. It was all a very light sparring on both sides without trying to hurt the opponent.

This sparring was not too hard or ‘ego sparring-her ‘hard’ low kicks were not aimed towards the thigh but towards the padded shins/calves. Her push kicks to the body were controlled .

The girls are obviously novices, if you notice the thai in pink has no wasted movement, the amount of fighters ticks these girls have, its the gyms fault. No need to bounce around be ready to block and kick back

Bro couldn’t be more wrong. As of August 9, 2023, Duangdawnoi's record was 120 fights, with 80 wins, 35 losses, and 5 draws. Duangdawnoi, also known as the Little Star, is a Muay Thai fighter who started training and competing at a young age

Eh not really, the guards make it sound way louder even if it's not that hard
