Thank you for your helpful tips. Could you advise me how can I further set conditional format to colour it? I have a cell that is =DATEDIF(E90,TODAY(),"d")&" DAYS", the result "50 DAYS" . What should I set in conditional formatting to colour it when exceed 30 days? I tried using "greater than, 30" but it doesn't work. Sorry to trouble. Thank you
How would I make it to where it applies to the entire column? Examply: I have column "E" that I input dates into and I want column "F" to auto-populate how many dates are left everytime. Is there a way I can apply this formula to the entire column?
Have you tried this one, copy the cell where you inserted your working formula and paste as formula to new cell under the working one. If you are still confused, I'll suggest to email me watchnlearnit@gmail.com and share your sample speadsheet, so I can help you better.
What is the formula if I want to go backwards? So I want to enter in a date and have the formula calculate "X" amount of days before. So if I want to know what 6 months is before July 3rd. I would enter in July 3rd and the formula would give me Jan 3rd. Is that possible?
Hi @artsoulschoolofcreativeand6124 check this one link below if this is what are you looking docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1o5wpz9aeDnYnDGs0Rft5AaF_nCCjdas-la2qY8SFnVA/edit?usp=sharing
How do i do this for a entire colum of 200 cells, as in i have a colum called inactive since (with a calendar to select a date) and the next colum needs to have the date since that day. Example: So sinds 04-07-2023 inactive (next colum) xx days have past. must i type this specific code in all cells by hand?
All you have to do is to Right Click on the cell where you inserted the formula and paste as formula on the other cells. It will automatically adjust the cell reference.
Is there a way to turn off the counter if the a term has been satisfied. For example if column B is not empty then the count stops? We would like to use this as a count for tickets that have come in but so far have not been able to make it effective yet.
Say I have 3 columns labeled as borrow date, return date, and no. of days. Is there a formula that stops the counting of days when a date is entered on the ‘return date’ column? Thank u for your videos they are very helpful.
