Sounds to me like you could narrow down how many you use by combining some! So all art stuff in one (could do TRC inserts for example) and have art journal, research and work schedule all in the same place, that way you won’t get confused about where to put what or forget about a journal! ☺️
I've narrowed it down quite a bit, but it always grows. My art making goes all sorts of places depending on my mood. :) There's a couple more videos coming up with more recent updates!
Good to see you! Morning pages are so helpful for clearing your mind. They also help to fill out unused portions of notebooks- so they’re not wasted. You mentioned feeling like you had difficulty knowing where to put things. Do you think it’s possible to have less choices? I know you make work for notebooks and probably want to see them in various sizes, but I can see where it could get confusing to have so many options. It was great to see you changing the layout in the common planner. I have done the same in my cousin- to find what works for me. I settled on a layout that I saw in a nolty that leaves the bottom open for to-dos etc- the timed vertical just didn’t feel comfortable. Did you stamp your zip cover? I saw Petra do it to a TN and I have a cover I’d love to stamp, but I’m so nervous🤣 do you have tips?
Hello! I'm loving morning pages--so helpful! And I've made quite a few changes to my system since I made this video. I have a couple of updates coming up. :) Yes, it's stamped! I made the stamp and used staz-on white ink. You have to just kind of go for it and not worry about mistakes. Start with the back maybe? If you're nervous about it. :)
I have ADHD and something I see in the ADHD community (I can’t remember what they call this) is something where if it’s not in your sight, you will forget about it if that makes sense? So for example, if I have to take my meds, if I put them in the cabinet, there is a 90% chance I willcforget to take them but if they’re on my nightstand where I can see them, I will remember. I think that’s similar to what you’re talking about with your planners, like if you can’t see them all the time, you forget you even have them so you forget to use them.
Newly diagnosed ADHD here and I am the same - everything I use regularly needs to be out/very easy to put away. I have vitamins in the drawer of my nightstand, and when I'm getting ready for bed, I leave the drawer open until I've used everything that lives in the drawer. If I shut the drawer in between taking things out and using them, they wouldn't get put away. Same for books/notebooks I'm regularly using - I have a row of books standing on the end table beside my spot on the couch, because I know I feel better when my environment is organized, but trying to keep up a rule of "books live on the bookshelf" would either mean my books aren't being read or they're scattered around my seat in piles.
@@constancemk603 yes exactly! My boyfriend doesn’t like clutter so he sometimes gets upset at my nightstand but I think he’s coming around to the fact that I absolutely have to see things that are important or they will absolutely be forgotten about.
Yes, exactly! I'm still learning this about myself, but I'm getting better at keeping things in front of my face. I have a couple more videos coming up with some updates that are helping me! I think it's called object permanence. :)
@@erin_ware_art yes that is what it’s called :) I couldn’t remember the name of it. If you haven’t found them yet, there is an ADHD subreddit and an ADHD women subreddit as well, and I got a lot of information from there and it’s really what helped me to get the courage to bring it up with my doctor. They’re very supportive on both pages and it was nice to finally find people who could actually relate to what I was experiencing.
Would love to see more of your hobby journal, I’m “multi-crafty” too 😅
Will do!! 😆
OMG Yaaaaaa Erin ! I've been WAITING for your Techo Kaigi for 2024. 🎉❤❤❤👍
That's so nice! 😊 Thank you! It's coming. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
I just LOVE seeing your books and your art!!
Thank you!!

Undiagnosed ADHD! It’s a thing and I’m the same. I actually have to be careful where I put things physically and written. I lose everything!
Yep! Me too!
1:17 ..I hate when I spend a pretty coin , on getting a big book ...and I don't use it all...drives me bonkers...like a waste of book..LOL 📖 ✍🏼😧❓❓
I know! I hate it too, but I have to try sometimes. I’m definitely not using it in the same way next year!

I have books piled everywhere!
