    1:13:12 sir sulphides are soft bases so they not prefferred to combine with mg Or other elements which are hard acids......
    Carbobates , halides and oxides are hards bases and they are confortable to combine with Fe, Mg etc like hards acids

      this theory was unable to explain the reaction of acidic oxides like CO2,SO2 etc. with basic oxides like CaO, BaO

      This theory was also unable to explain acidic behaviour of substance like BF3, FeCL3. AlCl3 which donot donate proton
