the snake stuff is very snake themed. from leos swords that look like snake handler hooks, to mikeys nunchuks that look like a flared cobra hood, raph wearing the 200x snake armor heman etc etc. long time motu fans recognize the nods. trust me.
I agree Hatter, the Leatherhead is my favorite of the line. Definitely top three with Mer-Man and Mikey. Absolutely loving the King-Hiss, Ninjor and Rattlor coming next year.

The original Ninjor figure has a dragon on his tunic, so this new mutated form is a reference to that, though that version didn't have wings. 🙂
These Turtles of Grayskull just not my thing. Me personally they look really corny. But i am glad there are fans of it and keeping MOTU alive
