I love how informative you are. Maybe a meal planning video?
I do have one meal planning video up! I'm sure I'll do more in the future :)
love how mature & informed (confident) you are when you talk!
Aw thank you so much! That's really nice of you to say :)
If anyone is interested in doing colon cleansing at home the greatest success that I have ever had was by using the Dajons Health Plan (just google it) - I found it the best method i've seen.
Hey everyone, the best info that I have had was by using the Dajons health plan (just google it) - without a doubt the no.1 resource that I have ever seen.
Thank you for doing this video. Please do more videos like this. Last year I was at an extremely stressful job where we didn't get lunch breaks. Somedays I had to eat in the room while taking care of babies. To make a long story short I was since diagnosed with gerd. I have been trying to change my diet and I think your videos will help me to improve. 💗
Hi Meghan, wonderful video! Thank you for all the information you share. Could you do a video on bloating? I can’t seem to get this under control, especially at night! Thank you
Hey there! Yep I'll do a video on that topic in future for sure :) I do have an older video on tips for bloating but I'll do another one.
Meghan, congrats! 100K🎉 I love your videos!
Thanks lovely. So informative and easy to digest 😉💙
EVEYONE should see this! thanks excelent information and greatly delivered.

Thank you for your videos. They are so informative and made with love ! Merry Christmas to you from Germany 🎄
Merry Christmas to you too!
Great content 💙
Yay you got to 100,000 🎉🎊well deserved
Thank you, learning about gut health. How do you know how much probiotic to eat in a day ?
Thank you :) Nice video :)
You really know what you're talking about, it's so inspiring to listen to. I have a question. If one has too much acid fluid or throat burn (actually don't know the English term for it) and are stressed, except for eating mild food and reducing stress, is there a natural way to have a normal amount again?
Hey there! Yes, absolutely, there are many ways to regulate stomach acid levels. This is something I'll cover in a future video but for now you can check out my blog post (in the description) where I talked a bit more about this. :)
@@meghanlivingstone Thank you, I'll go check it out :)
If you have too much bad bacteria, how do you get rid of it so it’s good bacteria again?
There are many ways to balance bacterial levels again including the couple tips I shared in the probiotic portion of this video. Some people need antimicrobial support but it really depends on an individual's needs. You can check out my blog post for more info :-)
What happen when you have low hcl?
And how to fix that
I found this video very helpful ruclips.net/video/r6heKqEZWXM/видео.html
Since cutting back on sugar - mind you today and yesterday didn't go so well :) - and TRYING to remember to chew more thoroughly, I have way less bloating. (These things thanks to your videos, I should add.)
Woohoo! Yeah, remembering to chew enough can be a hard sometimes, I feel ya! xx But yay for way less bloating!
How about a recipe book? I know what foods to eat but I'm not creative in the least! 😁 My meals get monotonous!
Very informative, thank you. You can see in your eyes and skin how healthy you are, so pretty.
Aw thank you so incredibly much!
Thank you Meghan! This is very useful, please do more video on gut health, I'm very interested! 💙
I certainly will!!
In most Asian countries we use squatting toilets. Sitting toilets are available as well but we still prefer squatting toilets.
That's so awesome! WIsh we had those more here :)
Hello lovely, another great informative video. Thank you for reminding me about properly chewing my food. I always rush and eat my food. I will take time out to enjoy my food and take the time to chew.
Really happy to help :D
Same here! I have to set reminders on my phone to remember to chew more :) But it is so helpful!
Ahh you are so close to 100k subscribers!! Congratulations!!! Great video, too :)
It's crazy!! I am so excited! And thank you very very much ❤️❤️
I had very difficult digestive issues true to an immune disorder. About a year ago,I started ballet and Barre for.fitness and stamina. My stomach issues began to resolve and I totally attribute it to the strengthening of my core muscles and there is a lot of twisting and stretching involved too. I thought your vlog was wonderful. I am going to try the dandelion tea. Thanks for the info.
Hi Alyssa! That's interesting to hear. I'm sure there's a correlation somewhere there :) I also do ballet and I adore it!!
This was very informative. Will you please share your thoughts on colonics?
Yes that would be great! 😊
Hi Meghan! I love the tip about chewing food until it’s like a paste. I’ve always been bad at eating too fast since I was an early teen! Thanks for all the good tips 😊
This was really helpful! Thank you😊
You're so welcome!!
Wow! This video was super informative. Thank you SO much! I found your channel earlier this week and have been binge watching all your videos when I can. I just love your vibe and energy. When you talk you sound super smart and confident, like you really do know what you're talking about. Thank you so much for sharing your gifts with us! I'm SO glad to have found your channel. I can't wait to watch more of your videos. :)
Hey Tammy! Yay! I'm super happy that you enjoyed this topic. Thanks for watching and for listening, and for your super kind comment! :-)
Watching this like... "IS SHE GONNA TALK ABOUT IT???" .... "IT"? lol
This video is really helpful which increase digestion in body as just like Aegle plan capsule from PLANET AYURVEDA which is 100% natural and without any side effects
Love your passion and thanks for the video x
Thank you. I have colitis and chronic diharea for many years. Tried low carb / vegan / carnivore / low sugar/ dairy . No improvement. Started taking Tera Nova digestive enzymes and multi vitamin. Am going thorough a very stressful time out of my control. Can you help?
Would love to learn how to heal IBS.
Jennifer Knowles same!
I'll cover that topic in future for sure :)
@@meghanlivingstone sweet, thank you! If you celebrate, Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas to you too! 💓
Meghan Livingstone thank you!
Hi Meghan, I have skinrashes due to Sebboroic eczema. I don't know what the cause is. What can I do/eat to get rid off this? Can I still eat plain Greek yogurt with nuts and seeds? Medications like steriods don't help that much and I don't like to take them.
What are the best probiotics you reccomend
i've been eating pringles for dinner 3-4 times a week while watching meghan's videos for a few weeks now
Lol. Well I'm happy to have you here!
Stomach can sterilise the bacteria in probiotics also right. Then how are probiotics helpful?
Brilliant. Useful and informative. Really appreciate your knowledge x
Love this. I’ve been having so many gut issues and I feel like I’m finally starting to fix them!
YAY! That's SUCH an awesome feeling.
I love your Videos and watch, as well as Save, each one! I learn A LOT! Some of Today's subjects, I did know, but one always needs to be reminded! That's the "Mindfulness" that we need to practice! The "Presentation" of Home prepared food is so important as well (as you demonstrated) so that Eating is never something to be Gotten Thru so you can get on with your busy life! We've been practicing that more lately, just preparing quality food, "Presenting" it on the plate (a good time to practice Portion Control) & then not doing anything else but sit down & talk with one another, taking time between bites, so as to SAVOR one's food!🍽️🥰
Yes, exactly! Sitting down with one another and really being mindful with food is so important! xx
All was very informative again. I love your videos about gut health. I'm on the fodmap diet since I saw your video about your gut health story and it has helped me so much. But I keep on craving for sugar. Do you have any tips to stop that? Thanks in advance :)
I have a video up on how to eat less sugar -- just do a quick search for it! I'm really glad you've found the Low FODMAP diet helpful, I am a huge proponent of it! It helped me so much too ❤️
hi! how do I make digestive bitters at home?
Thanks for your helpful ideas, lots of love to you from India again
Great tips! Have you heard of the squatty potty?
I have! LOL! I have to say it's worth a try!
i get lost in your eyes watching the video
Are you from Canada or Minnesota?
This was very informative, thank you! 💚
Glad you enjoyed this chat! Thanks for watching :)
Absolutely loved this video! So informative! You‘ve gained a new subscriber!!!
So happy to have you here!! :D
Meghan, thanks for your videos. My wife and I recently found your channel and have been enjoying educating ourselves with your great thoughts on minimalism and digestive health. Keep up the great work.
Hi Tony! So glad you've found me here. Thanks for watching :)
I have recently started watching your videos while I work on or implement these new habits or projects. I find a calm inspiration & simplicity to your approach.
I study psychology, namely CBT & work in social services. The importance to advocate for oneself, others, create space & time for healing, connection & create solution oriented, reward based activities for an individual is key.
I too have read Eckhart Tolle & enjoy watching those teachings come to life while I participate in your approach.
I look forward to more videos. I especially enjoy the organization & 'Day in the Life' videos as I am a retired housekeeper & professional organizer. I still love to clean & organize! Doing it now😊
After a month of watching I feel more at ease & uplifted. A sense of positive control.
Thank you🌸
I never really paid attention to how food moves through our body and what each part does to maintain our nutrition and health. Thank you so much for such an informative video!
It's really fascinating when we learn about it a bit more! Glad you enjoyed this topic :)
your eyes....sigh
Thanks for the tips. By the way, is Yakult good for the gut?
I have observed I get so many acne when I don't drink it. I want to stop taking it because of the sugar in it that's bad for my PCOS and endometrial hyperplasia
Why not taking a good probiotic supplement? Yakult contains a lot of sugar and there is only 1 strain of bacteria (Lactobacillus casei) in it. It's much more sensible to take a supplement with more strains of different bacteria.
Hi desiree. Thanks. The only problem here in the Philippines is that other probiotic supplements are difficult to buy especially if you're not in Manila. I'm from a faraway province and ordering from amazon will be very costly
Next step- a happy gut! Thank you for all of the wonderful tips in this and every video! ♡ this video in particular is very helpful for me right now
Yay! So happy this one was helpful for ya!
Super useful! If you have the information could you do a video on life without a gallbladder?
Yes it’s a superb video! How can you improve stomach acid and enzymes With supplements? Is there a product you recommend that is safe?
mmmm! I'm Hungry!
Let’s get her to 100,000 subs today because it’s Christmas...
Edit: yay merry Christmas
I just started watching your videos and are you are truly so inspirational! You've propelled me to start living a healthy, holistic lifestyle - thank you!

Pure celery juice every morning. Best cure for digestive problems. Ever.
Is there ever a possibility of too much good bacteria?
I noticed you showed the dandelion tea in your video. What is the recommended time and amount to drink it?
Great information! Very helpful.
Truly inspirational and accurate, as an anatomy teacher your descriptions were spot on! Thanks!
I really love your videos. They motivate me to treat my body better.
This is so informative & helpful. Thank you 💕🙂
Can you even record one whole sentence in one shot?
Hi there, I think we all can tell you're really passionate about this subject :p and it feels amazing because you're like the perfect teacher ahaha, thank you for this informative video 🙏
Aww haha I'm so happy you enjoyed this video!! Thanks for watching :-)
Amazing video! Thanks!!
I’d love some information about how your digestion changes after having your gallbladder removed. Thanks!
Digestion can definitely change quite a bit. Supplementation with ox bile/bile salts during meals with higher fat is typically recommended long-term for those with no gallbladder. I can address this in a future video too :) Hope this helps!
Sadly with the sort of work I do, I’m always eating on the go and largely when I’m stressed. I 100% notice the difference as well. It sucks :(
I hear you. It can be so hard to take the time to eat slower or be more 'present' when we're really busy. Every little thing you ARE able to do is great though regardless :)
This was such an interesting video. I love how educational it was.
Thank you for the video! 💜💗
OMG I am in love with your channel. What are your thoughts on drinking water with meals? Should we avoid that?
Hey there! It's a good practice to avoid drinking large amounts of liquids during meals to avoid diluting our digestive fluids. Small sips are better :)
Thank You, Dr. Livingstone :-D
Great video! Good reminders. :)
Love u for making n sharing this video
Thankyou💕
Any tips to living without a gallbladder?
Hey there! Those without a gallbladder typically need long-term supplementation of bile salts/ox bile for meals that contain higher levels of fat.
Very interesting and helpful video! Definitely would love to see more vids like this!
Awesome! I'll be doing more videos like this for sure :-)
Wow, I was taken back by your video today on digestion and your beautiful, calming - talk. Thank-you so much. Have a lovely Christmas from England Surrey. xx
Merry Christmas to you too!! So glad you liked this chat :)
@@meghanlivingstone Bless you. Very welcome. xx
These videos are so interesting!
Could you do a video about your cheat meals :) 🧁
Haha that's a good video idea! I wouldn't consider any of my meals "cheat" meals but I know exactly what you mean. I definitely have a lot of treats I like to make and I'll make a video on that topic sometime -- I've written this idea down :)
I loved this. Thank you. Good reminders.
Thanks for watching Jaime :)
