When we encounter aspects of ourselves that we deem unacceptable, and observe them in others, we may be consumed by feelings of resentment, hatred, and anger. Projection is not a product of external factors, but rather, it originates from our own thoughts and perceptions.
Only by bravely facing our shadow selves can we hope to unravel the complexities of projection and discover our truest selves.
