All humans/religion/spirituality all comes from the same source (we are all created from the same source) therefore whatever we are feeling (connecting to the source) we are just interpreting it in different ways. Whatever location you were born in (foods you eat) (different level of oxygen) (water you drink) (teachings passed down from generations) contribute to different sounds of understanding the soul and existence

I was in complete meditation the whole 3 hours and I can honestly say I myself have done a lot of different types of meditation for about 4 years now and this was one of the most intense visual walks I've ever had. I was confronted by my fears and I met ancient people who helped me pass my judgement. I now feel like my soul has been reborn.

Cultural identities are obstructions to who you are; personality is an obstruction to who you are; don't "get rid of it, forcefully - willfully", learn to "rest within it, gently, silently, peacefully" into another form of identity.................Find out what that is for you.

IliterisKagan how can Mongols adopted it from Tuvans if Tuvans themselves are Mongol ethnic?? its just a name thats different. before they were a part of Mongolia. shows you have a lack of knowledge about them. do not try to act like Mongols adopted everything from turkic. everybody knows Tuvans are Mongol ethnic who speak turkic language with many loan words from the mongolian language. My Mongolian brothers know them, spoke to them, did you ever speak to a Tuvan?? if you go there you will see that they still do traditional Mongolian wrestling, wear typical Mongolian 'Deel' and most of all, they see themselves more as Mongols than turkic ;) Go watch video "Hamag Mongol"

This is the video that got me into throat singing. I remember like 7 or so years ago in 2017 I layed in my bed at night fascinated by the sounds and tried to mimic them, thus beginning my journey of learning throat singing. Now I am able to sing along with the low bits, even the what I think is a didgeridoo now that I really listen to it.

Wow- This is so amazing. You can almost see the dry grass swaying in a cold foggy breeze on top of a hill somewhere in Mongolia as a herd of goats slowly climb the craggy rocks of a nearby cliff. (no I'm not stoned Mr. Steezy- LOL) It just really makes ya think about the setting while you immerse your senses in the sound. Like taking a dip in a lake of music and other worldly space.

Many of the meditation/sleep pieces here on youtube simply do not move me deeply enough to find real grounding and a space I can truly relax and let go within . The use of most instruments I find to cerebral and it keeps me often happily but very much tethered to the left hemisphere and I will bounce between here and the frontal lobes memory stack . which can be in it's own way illuminating and rewarding as we retain so many messages for ourselves in memories. It is still felt though with a shallower and quicker breath point and though I've written much about my discoveries in this part of myself , I always yearn for the vast , deep open spaces where I am no longer attached to experience and memory but in the place where the 'I' dissolves, merging with infinity. throat singing is more than just making music I feel , there is an expression of something not about composition or artistic endeavor , though this must be true also for some. There is such a powerful attachment that is emitted when a person starts sounding this way, this part of themselves, as if someone's very root , their individual strand of connection is reverberating something so old , peaceful yet in that also so strong and infinite as to be in a way terrifyingly calming, like the embrace of a God or having your toes warmed by a dragon ha ha . This reverberation that is happening the throat , not unlike snoring or a cat purring is most interesting , we humans don't often make sounds in the lower frequencies naturally , I think there is more to be found here. Like the sand on the speaker box demonstrations I feel many times like a billion tiny fragments of me are coming together back into an alignment my memory stack has no file for and it is so relaxing, every sinew , maybe even every cell stretches out purrring in gratitude, returning to a form , shape , identity I had maybe lifetimes ago forgotten to move into and I sleep , oh thank you I sleep. For a man that deep sleep and long slumber are such a rarity, this is truly a piece of antiquity preserved and like many of the greatest gifts of the universe hidden in plain sight ha ha. It just keeps on giving, the more I explore and find new compositions of myself , like milk becoming cream. butter, curd and cheese , the more of the I outside of experience and memory I am. My good ness I've written a chapter. Thankyou Nu Meditation for making this available and for the work you do here. Blessed Be .
