Hey Luke, just started watching, and I don't know what it is you have been and/or are dealing with right now, but I just wanted to say your content is excellent. I think your biggest strength is the way you treat people. You are friendly, inclusive, and it's clear you just want to spread joy. To have built such good character traits already, so young, is already a huge win. In my opinion, it is way more important than one's career or work. If you just continue building on that, I believe life will sort itself out. Finding the right balance between working hard, and getting that rewarding job satisfaction, and overworking, and getting burnt out, is a constant struggle. If I can give you a tip, it would be to not put too much on your plate. Set a standard for yourself that you feel like you can reasonably handle, even when you're low. When we're high, we feel like we can handle everything, and while we sometimes can, if we in that process get low, things can become really difficult and turn into a negative spiral. That said, people are different. For example, I think my tip is pretty much useless to a workaholic. Filling their plate up is just who they are. So figuring out what works best for you specifically is a process that can take some time. Anyway, now I'm starting to ramble. Good luck Luke! And thanks for your great content!
