Many people think that they can live a life of idleness and than buy salvation with a last minute half-hearted Confession. But the Son of Man will. Come like a thief in the night. The same Lord who died for us is the same who will say to some (hope not me) of us "I never knew you"

You can all believe whatever you wish to. Nobody is stopping you. I believe that in the real presence of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist and I have experienced it's power in my life. I believe in the Catholic Church , the Communion of Saints, the forgiveness of sin , the Resurrection of the body and in life everlasting.

      ♦Iniquity = Lawlessness
The correct translation for Matthew 7:23 is "And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness.’
      ἀνομίαν. (anomian). = Lawlessness
      biblehub.com/text/matthew/7-23.htm
      ♦Lawlessness is what Paul taught:
_"BY ABOLISHING IN HIS FLESH THE LAW OF COMMANDMENTS AND DECREES. He did this to create in Himself one new man out of the two, thus making peace”_ (Ephesians 2:15)
_"For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace."_ (Romans 6:14)

It is certainly right to warn of damnation. However, one must still distinguish between the "logic of damnation" which Christ clearly taught and the infinite saving power of His work on the Cross. Christ indeed stated the impossibility of passing a camel through a needle's eye, yet He immediately went on to proclaim that all things are possible with God.

He sits at the right hand of the almighty Father in heaven. You must learn to believe in his sacrifice, and believe in the power of His blood, He nailed our sins to the cross, we are therefore free, remember what Jesus said to Mary magdalene when her brother was in the grave dead for 3 days, just before He raised him from the dead. He said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life those who believe in me will never die. You must believe and say that you believe, in order for salvation to enter your heart, God bless you

    • @mariopiazza3379
      @mariopiazza3379 5 лет назад +3

@Felicia Cahyadi it is Gods desire that all men should be saved, and that none should perish. This is the verdict that God loves us so much that He sent his only son to die for us, on a Roman cross, a most horrid death. So that we would be saved from eternal damnation. And set free from the chains of sin. Let all glory and honour go to the Father the Son and thr holy Spirit.
Bless you sister. We can pray for the lost, and the dying, that God would open their eyes, because satan has blinded them. We must pray that they would be free from the control of evil and unclean spirits.

Spare me your garbage theology about the 10 commandments! Have you kept them all good enough to get to heaven? NO! As I just posted elsewhere, one of the many reasons Catholics are not Christians is because they seek to be saved by the law. CCC 2068 explicitly says you must keep the 10 commandments to be saved. THAT ALONE is "another gospel" per 2 Cor 11:4. Scripture emphatically declares that if you seek to be justified by the law, "you have fallen from grace" (Gal 5:4) and are under a curse if you don't continue to do EVERYTHING written therein (Gal 3:10; James 2:10). Needless to say, no Catholic has ever kept the law perfectly, and so they are all cursed, each and every one of them, period, end of story. They fail to realize that, "Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone that believes" (Romans 10:4). THE END! Which means adherence to the Mosaic law is no longer in effect and NO ONE can be justified by it (Acts 13:39). Since Catholics WANT it to be in effect for the purpose of salvation, "Christ has become of NO effect to you" (Gal 5:4). The law was indeed "glorious" for its time and purpose (2 Cor 3:9) but that which replaced it; namely, the grace of God shown in the face of Jesus Christ (2 Cor 4:6), is far better, the results of which will be on display for all eternity.
Catholics simply cannot deal with the fact that the Mosaic code has passed away. Paul is clear that the believer in Christ is no longer under the Law: “We were held in custody under the Law, locked up until faith should be revealed. So the Law became our guardian to lead us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith. Now that faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian” (Galatians 3:23-25). “Know that a person is not justified by the works of the law" [i.e. ANY works whatsoever, per Titus 3:5] because by the works of the law no one will be justified” (Galatians 2:16).
Now we are blessed to be under "the law of Christ" (Romans 8:1; Galatians 6:2), which essentially means we become a new creation through faith in him by caring for the spiritual and temporal needs of another. But this "new law" is undergirded by our confidence that Christ came to fulfill the Mosaic law in our room and stead (Matt 5:17) something we could not keep perfectly because the flesh is weak (Romans 8:3), as well as he taking the penalty of breaking that very law, so we would not have to (Gal 3:13).
Catholics, WAKE UP! The Mosaic law was simply UNABLE to justify a sinner, whereas trusting in the finished work of Christ, can! "And by him, all that believe are justified from all things, from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses" (Acts 13:39), instantly refuting CCC 2068. which says the very opposite! It is clearly obvious that die-hard fans of the Pope are seeking to be justified by law-keeping and good works, both of which Scripture explicitly condemns in no uncertain terms. Roman Catholic foot-soldiers fruitlessly go about trying to establish their own righteousness (Romans 10:3) by a balancing act of trying to keep the law of Moses on the one hand, and through an array of good deeds on the other, which they ignorantly think will open the gates of heaven (CCC 1821 & 2016). Instead, Scripture declares they will be issued a passport to hell, despite all their "Mother Teresa" type qualities (Matt 7:21-23). Indeed, as Paul said to the Galatians, "Oh foolish Galatians, who has bewitched you?" (Galatians 3) so we say, "Oh foolish Catholics, who as bewitched YOU?" The Galatians were seeking to add just ONE THING to the merits of Christ in order to be saved. Catholicism has added FAR MORE, by demanding baptism (CCC 1257) eucharist (CCC 1129, 1359), papal subordination ("Unam Sanctam" by Boniface VIII) and an unspecified amount of good deeds (CCC 1821 & 2016). All of this is absolutely unbiblical.
The man in the temple "THANKED GOD" for being such a fine fellow (Luke 18:14). This is EXACTLY what Catholic theology teaches at its core. They are thanking God for the "grace" (i.e., that spiritual kick-in-the-pants received by the sacraments, per CCC 1129) to run around doing good deeds that they THINK will open the gates of heaven per 1821. BUT THEY ARE WRONG. Paul refutes such a scheme, saying he labored and did many good works with the grace of God that was with him (1 Cor 15:10) but yet was adamant that we are not saved by any works of righteousness whatsoever (Titus 3:5). Hence, Catholicism is counterfeit Christianity and Satan's masterpiece of deception.

Another passage to give more clarity that we all believers need to do the will of our Lord.
    Luke 6:46 -49
46 “But why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do the things which I say?
47 Whoever comes to Me, and hears My sayings and does them, I will show you whom he is like: 48 He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently against that house, and could not shake it, for it was founded on the rock. 49 But he who heard and did nothing is like a man who built a house on the earth without a foundation, against which the stream beat vehemently; and immediately it fell. And the ruin of that house was great.”

This is true for all who wish to enter through the narrow gate. We are saved by faith and works. First, we have to belong to the One True Church that Jesus Christ founded. Then we have to repent and confess all of our sins to a Priest and take Holy Eucharist and the other Sacraments. We also need to want to be completely detached from sin. The next step is by doing both works of mercy, corporal and spiritual. If we repent sincerely and change our evil ways we have a great chance of being saved. Like Cardinal Sarah said and I quote: "if there is no repentance, there is no mercy." There is no reason to believe that it is easy to go to Heaven.

From what I concluded from Scripture the way into the Kingdom is narrow but it also stated that many through Christ will be saved. So taken into consideration it stated in Scripture 1/3rd of His people will be released from the pit indicates that number will be purified as they are saved by fire. In Judaism they also believe in a final purification after death Gehenna. That leaves 2/3rds unaccounted but it's not difficult to figure this out. Taking into consideration that children are unlikely to be condemned in light of God's mercy so the holy innocent would make up the majority of 1/3rd of the souls whom directly enter into Heaven as the few that enter in which Christ was speaking of were those who have reached the age of reason. Which leaves the remaining 1/3rd whom would be those souls condemned to the fire of Hell.
So 2/3rds go to the fire but only half will enter into Heaven the other half are condemned to Hell. So 2/3rds will be saved this includes those whom directly entered into Heaven and those whom had undergone a final purification after death. As Scripture stated because of Christ many will be saved if don't believe that you disagree with Scripture.

    • @mdechristi
      @mdechristi 4 года назад +1

Similarly, I reason that the vast majority of souls will enter heaven by way of Purgatory. Few are pure Saints. Few are purely evil. The majority of us are trying to do good and frequently failing but occasionally succeeding. So, most people will be granted entry to heaven, through Purgatory.

This is one of the topics that has bible and saintly quotes which contradict each other. It would make sense if ALL men fell through Adam that the actions of Jesus would save ALL men. By our own free will we can reject God and go to hell; but the intercession of a loved one (parent for a child; a spouse, etc) can move God to change that situation to their salvation. According to St. Leonard of Port Maurice; during a time when most practiced their religion, only about 3 in 33,000 are saved and the rest damned each day; but in today's age where the vast majority have abandoned religion we have Bishop Barron who would argue we have a reasonable hope most are saved and Hell is empty of humans souls. Guess we will find out at our own death.

However, those who know about the Catholic Church's existence, but refuse to convert after God guides them to the church, salvation is impossible.

    • @Gonzalezluis89
      @Gonzalezluis89 5 лет назад +2

Yes I agree with that as well. My original comment spring's from my personal experience. Before I was a catholic (I was a"Love God but Hate Religion type) about 7 years ago I prayed to God confessing that I didn't really know him. But I said in Prayer "I want to know you who is the True God. The one who created all things. I want to know you and your truth. Not my own truth. Please guide me. And reveal to me the truth about you." Yes it was a very simplistic prayer but I didn't really know how to pray at that point. And God starting working on me very slowly and a year later I was enrolled in the Rcia program with the Faith and knowledge that The One and True God had assumed human nature and died on the cross that I might be saved. And he has established a church in the world so that the distribution of his Word and Grace will have a Visible presence in the world. And that Church was the Catholic Church. And that's how I became catholic. So yes I believe that God does answers prayer to those who dont fully know him but desires to know the truth. And yes I also believe that he will ultimately lead you to the Catholic Church if you trust in him and are willing to accept what he reveals to you even if it goes against what you've always thought was true or if he affirms something to be true, that you've always rejected.

I read in the Bible that all have sinned, (Romans 3:23) and that there is none good, no not one Psalm 53:3. . The reason I think about that is because if we have to depend on not sinning, then, who is there hope for? The Bible says we are all sinning and no one is good. Listen to this list: They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; That's Romans and that is a common list. I read that we cannot even do good deeds to gain Heaven. Isa 64:6 says: We have all become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous deeds are like a polluted garment. We all fade like a leaf, and our iniquities, like the wind, take us away." At James 2:10 it reads: For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all." So, one sin is as bad as another. If God Haters, and gossips are in the same list, then the sins are the same. Sodom's sin is laziness, pride and not sharing; God says about Sodom at EZ 16:49 "Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy." Then who are we to think that what we do could ever be good enough? Are we not the same? See here at Matt 7: 21-23; "Not every one who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?' And then will I declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from me, you evildoers.'" Listen dear friends, only "Christians" call Jesus "Lord". and they are saying here that they did many great works in His name, "His Name", they knew who He was. Could it be that maybe they were like the Pharisees and thought that they were good enough and did many great things and even obeyed the law to the letter? But, that behavior did not get them in. And why? Because their righteous deeds were like filthy rags. It must be said that certainly God's will is for us to not gossip, Love Him, share and be busy, give to the poor... If these wonderful people at the gate in Matthew 7:21-23 counted on their acts in Jesus Name to get them in and it wouldn't, then, what was Jesus talking about when He said; "he who does the will of my Father"... The answer, of course is in John 6: 40 " For this is the will of my Father, that every one who sees the Son and believes in him should have eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day." in that same chapter, John 6: 28,29 The disciples ask Jesus point blank: Then they said to him, "What must we do, to be doing the works of God?" Jesus answered them, "This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he has sent." . That word "believe" means the same in Greek as it does in English; COMPLTET TRUST". If we could gain Heaven by our good deeds, Jesus would have told us so. If we could gain Heaven by not sinning, Jesus would have said that too, but Jesus said is: "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes has eternal life." Complete trust in Jesus. After all, if we could have paid for our own sin with our sinfulness, or worked off our sin, like the good people at the gate. Jesus would not have had to suffer and die. We could have done it ourselves. Jesus death was to atone for our sin and our sin is the ONLY thing that keeps us from The Father and from Heaven. Your sin will keep you out of heaven if you intend to pay for it yourself because you cannot redeem or pay your debt yourself. Can't pay a debt for sin with your sinfulness. Jesus was sinless, and When Jesus paid for your sin, it was a gift, for you: "The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life, through Jesus Christ." Did you ever wonder at the stations of the Cross why Jesus went through that? He was God, why did He let them do that to Him? Jesus said the answer: John 10:18
No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This command I have received from My Father.”Jesus gave His life freely, to pay the penalty, the atonement for your sin and mine. Belief, or complete trust in Jesus for the payment for your sin is not easy. and you have to be serious about it, Do you want that free gift of eternal life with Him, have your sins blotted out? The Bible says "that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:19 That word "confess" means to come into agreement with, like a contract with your mouth, that Yes. Jesus is MY LORD, He has the right to rule and I believe that He lives, is raised from the dead because I believe, have complete trust that He died for my sin and I accept that gift of His death for my sin and I am sorry for the wrong I have done and for believing that His sacrifice was so unnecessary or incomplete, that I could do something to take it's place.

I am a fan of Dr. Brant. But these 10 minutes is really a waste of time. He had better used these ten minutes to explain what the Kingdom of Heaven/New World meant to the contemporaries of our Lord instead of having wasted it in explaining whoever will enter which is very plainly stated in the verse itself.

People, run from Babylon. Save yourselves.
And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. -Revelation 18:2

You fail to tell us what actually is a worker of iniquity is it the person who does not attend mass regularly is it the person who gets stoned on occasion , is it the person who cusses and sometimes gets really angry when his neighbor pisses on his front lawn or is it those who advocate abominations like abortion , those who lead us into unjustified wars . In other words does everyone need to live the life of a saint . I am not hearing anything about an " All Forgiving God " I am not hearing anything about Christ The Savior , where is MERCY in your teaching . According to what you say I might as well give up because I and NO ONE I MEAN NO ONE that I am aware of is worthy .

It's not: Do this and be saved.
It is: Be saved and do this.
Only once GOD has changed your heart and replaced your your heart of stone and given you a heart of flesh can you do real good because it comes from your heart. It is done with GOD's Love no matter how small or insignificant you may think it to be.
Which would you cherish more: A Rembrandt painting costing millions of dollars given by someone out of the overflow of his wealth and out of Pride to show everyone how wonderful and successfully he is or a finger painting given by your child to show his love in his heart for you.

In John 17 Jesus only prays for those whom the Father has given Him and He says clearly, "l do not pray for the world".
Why? Surely Jesus would want everyone to go to heaven, why does He not pray for them?

But the messenger of allah is a worker of iniquity, a peodophile who consumed Aisha sexually when she was 9, still holding on to her doll while mohammad was ravaging her, lusted after her adopted son's wife, Zaynab who was dressed very little when he came knocking unexpectedly on Zayd's door, breaking up their marriage and yuck, yes, took her as his wife and worst, engaged in necrophillia with his dead aunt, in her very grave.
And guess who was endorsing all his acts of iniquity? Yep, you've got it right, mate, it's his genie, his imaginary allah!
Nope, there is no salvation in that sexual pervert, mohammad, who's consumed by his own lust and is burning in hell!
For a start, It is only by believing that Jesus Christ died for you on the Cross that you may have life.
      No salvation without the cross.
And you've to reject the 72 virgins belief along with the idea that heaven is the ultimate orgy playground that feed your lusts after your condemned false prophet! And for the last time, wake up, the Holy Ever Virgin Mary, the Mother of God, would not be given to him as his wife. It will never be! He is all too filthy for the Blessed Virgin Mary and moreover, for those saved, they'll be like angels in heaven not marrying!
So take your deviant teachings and be gone, Satan!
Unless you repent of your false beliefs, heaven's door will forever be shut to you.
By the way, didn't bump into you in any of David Wood's and the Apostate Prophet's channel?
Why? Can't close a sale there?

      Christian Muslims
I took these notes from an Islam imam who converted to Christianity
      Muslims must be christian
And if Muslims really studied their Koran they would find that it is truly pointing them to the truth, that Jesus Christ is God and man, son of God the father and Mary, who they call Miriam.
Their prophet Mohamed is only mentioned 4x in their Koran while Jesus is called the word of God and is mentioned by name more than 25 x.
The koran talks of how Jesus created a live bird from mud, how Jesus spoke at two days old, that Jesus is called the spirit of God, and is called Jesus Christ... Jesus cured a blind man, gave life to the dead, he is in heaven, and will come again, but Mohammed is NOT called the word of God, he is not alive in heaven like Jesus, had no cures, did not create life or restore life to dead, thus If nothing else, Jesus is the greater prophet!
...and a good Muslim would follow the greater prophet...
      Thus Muslims must be Christian...
Also note that no women are mentioned in Koran, except for Miriam. Jesus's mother is the only women spoken of so highly! For example, Chapter 3 "family of Miriam" is the title. Chapter 19 "Miriam" is the title .
It speaks of her being born without sin, being a virgin, and being assumed into Heaven physically.
Also Muslims say Jesus can't be God because how could God have a son without a wife physically?
Their Koran says God can see without eyes and hear without ears, so it only makes sense that He can have a son without a wife..
How did God create the universe? Through the word.
      Well, that word is Jesus!
      Chapter 10 vs 94.
So again Muslims must be Christians and follow the Holy Bible!
      It also states that...
If you have any doubt about what is in the Koran, go ask people who have a Bible.
Their own Koran convicts them to be Christian!
      God bless,
      Elle

Pitre has not the Holy Ghost. He was described in 2 Timothy 3: 5-7. " Having a form of godliness, but denying the power there of; from such turn away. His opinions are devoid of the wisdom of the Holy Ghost. Catholic doctrine is far from the teachings of Jesus. Jesus said " Call no man on earth father, for you have one father, the Father who is in heaven. Jesus also said " I and the Father are One." In The Book of The Revelation of Jesus Christ, Jesus prophesies that 144,000 Jews will be saved, 12,000 frim each of the 12 tribes of Israel. Those who have the testimony of Jesus. Jesus made in clear, only those whom He has sent the Holy Ghost will enter the wedding feast. Catholics made up the concept of a trinity. They are not even baptized in the Name of God. Jesus is God.

You know what Heaven actually means right? It’s just a return to the Garden of Eden, where the knowledge of good and evil is no longer recognized and the most innocent children can be born. So when you hear how many people are going to be saved, they’re literally trying to predict what percentage of Jews will be allowed to reproduce and live peacefully. Jesus saw the cruel nature of this belief and took heaven with him back to the Father, the origin of all human truth, the one who recognizes and respects the human sacrifice necessary for others to claim to live in their personal Heavens. Christ did not accept this view of Heaven where only a lucky few are saved.
