- Hey guys! In Today's video I share how I'm getting more than 1 order an hour with walmart spark delivery. If you have an opportunity to take Express orders and asap order those orders will be super quick and easy to complete letting you get another order within the same hour.
If you look at metrics in the app, it explains to you that the "on time arrival" is calculated on when you arrive at the store to pick up the order you accepted, not when you deliver the order to the customer.
We go in and get our orders it’s way easier and sometimes they still take long. They really having good sales for Walmart we been delivering so many TVs lately but just yesterday on a Friday every order was trash for the first 4 hours it was brutal but still ended up making almost $200 for the day. Hopefully it really picks up and yes we are working weekly to get that money great video 💪🏼💪🏼

Took a 103 shop and deliver today. 2 miles. 53 base pay 50 tip. I hope it sticks. 172 units!
What do you mean tip bait? They put a higher tip and then take it back?

@@sarasue56 what a crock!! Some people!! I haven't been paying attention to my tips, so I'm not sure if I've been baited or not. But I've never seen orders higher than say $40 until the last week. I thought it may have something to do with Walmart getting caught not giving tips to their Spark drivers and keeping them. I don't know. My sister in CA said something about it last week, just before I saw an increase in batch earnings on the offers.
The weather definitely has an effect on motivation. Im looking forward to cooler months for sure
I stay away from deal days orders. They're always 55" tvs. If your market is anything like mine you should be getting a lot of shopping orders during the holidays.
Yeah I stayed away cause I wasn’t about to be delivering noones TV lol. When I worked Wednesday all my orders were shop and delivers lol

What is tip tricks?
In my area they do update the ASAP orders time once you start the delivery process. You just have to refresh the screen

I ended up having to speak to someone to get the order otherwise they would not have bring it out then. I see you are using a bin good idea I have a wagon which has already paid for itself I use it for both delivery and catering orders.
I tried the deals for days in my area Baltimore and every time I went to go pick up an order it always said getting ready so I had them to cancel the order for me every time so each time I tried the deals for days I never got my order. Too long of a wait. 😥
It was too many tv orders in my area so I didn’t take any. That sucks that the wait was so long seems like those orders would be ready because it’s only limited to a few items.
@Life With Lei I thought the same too. The incentive was great here it was $15 for each completed or returned order from 2-6 pm. I was like, give me that money Walmart because I was ready for it.

If a order comes with a tip I try to take the ones with a $15 delivery just in case I don’t get the tip. So if it’s for $25, I make sure the delivery base is 15
Yeah it’s getting crazy Walmart definitely needs to do something because we shouldn’t have to worry about this

The late orders doesn't affect your rating but it does risk the chance of tip bait/bounce.
They telling me I have to wait 30 minutes at Walmart before canceling but I have had it happen to me 3 times in a single day where I waited, an associate comes out and tells me they lost the order, I call/text support and they give me $2.00 for waiting 30min-1hour for pickup at Walmart. Is $2.00 worth waiting the full 30min+?

Who says that? You should be able to cancel an order whenever you want unless it’s a return
@@lisakaye3919 Yes, You can cancel when ever you like. But in order to receive the $2.00, must wait at least 30 minutes. If you cancel before 30min of waiting at the store, than you won’t get paid.

@@LifeWithLei it's been good for me. Your tricks of the trade has helped me bunches. My mom got me a laundry basket with a shoulder strap years ago so I use that all of the time and it helps.

I had my ap on for over 12 hours today. I drove around between my 4 stores nearby hoping to increase my chance. They probably thought I was a weirdo. I got 5 orders but made 7 stops. Made 65.76 BEFORE tips (10.00) and whopping 3.00 incenative. Walmart now has their own delievery van and people. I think thats going to hurt those of us who are needing a way to make extra money.
Definitely not having no trouble where I'm at orders are crazy it's busy there is a bunch of us an we were working 8 hr days 7 days a week 1400 lol so now we're just pushing it see how much we can really make good luck out there 🎉
@Kenneth Bradley my orders have went down from very few to nothing at all now. Last week I made 10.24 and that was bc I got a .88 cent tip. Otherwise it would have been 9 something.
70 degrees in Michigan? I'm in Montana and it's freezing with snow and icy roads. The winter weather brought lots of shoping orders with up to + $8 per store. My wife and I have been doing the other food delivery apps for a couple years, and she's been doing Spark for a year but I just started a month ago. I don't even try to multi app because Spark had been making good money. I'm a new subscriber and wanted to say hi and I enjoy your content!

I didn't want to deliver in the rain but i did one day and people were sympathetic and tipped more so as long as your geared up id say go for it id say its a good opportunity to make more cause most people dont wanna do orders either.

@@gseric4721 I just started this week and was trying to learn how it works. It paid $47 and $2 tip from one of the stops. Was about 32 miles. I assumed that the more rides I do, the more pay they would offer. I do Amazon flex also and deliver from Whole Foods. Got $40 tip for delivering a dozen roses + $8 base pay from Amazon cause it was only 5 blocks from the store. I also assumed that with 18 stops, at least half would tip! When I ordered from Walmart as a customer, I at least gave the driver $20 in cash every time if I couldn’t tip with card before I got my car and I would go outside and help them carry the groceries in! I’m ordering $300-400 worth of groceries that are being delivered for about $8.

Just stared yesterday and really enjoyed it, question, does the app track you mileage or do you just track mileage on the car for your day and keep a log somewhere?
Spark seems to only want to give me shopping orders. So while I wait watching all these drivers pick up orders, spark has me doing nothing until a shopping order comes in.
I will only wait 1 minute per dollar. For example, if it's an 8 dollar order, I will only wait 8 minutes. After that, I cancel and look for another one.
Ok that will work if you are not waiting forever 1 hour for them to shop the order and then bring it out to you. That is my issue with the express why have drivers waiting for you to shop the order they should release it once the shop is done then you are not waiting long once you get to the store.

When you track your mileage do you start from once you leave your house and once you arrived home? To and from each stop back to store etc
No I start my miles once I get to the store and then when I’m done with my last delivery.
thanks for the video.. wanted to give you a small tip about creating content from a viewers perspective.. When you do the music in the background try to match it with the volume of your voice in the video.. that way when someone is watching your videos they don't DJ the volume up n down the whole video

When you get an offer and it say Est $$ is that your earnings for that trip?
It starts off as estimated because it's the trip fee plus anticipated tip. also, if you have a long wait time, the system will add $$ to the trip to cover your wait time.

you can just ask the people that load your car when the hourly offers are sent to the drivers. or ask another driver at your store. itll be around 15-25 minute after the hour

Love your videos! I have a question for you. How do you know if an offer is an "deals" offer? Me and the other Sparkers haven't received any on purpose. Let me explain.I took a really good batch order last Friday and my phone lit up and it said that it was a deals pick up but before that there was no indication that the batch was special. The deals section is always packed with drivers but none of them drive for Spark. Am I missing something?
They probably drive for Point Pickup.

I’m Sparking right now but it seems pretty slow. But says high volume. So we shall see don’t want to be sitting here forever. So far this week I’m at 300+. It’s super cold today but got to make that Thanksgiving and Christmas gift money.
